Kikuyus will vote for Waweru.

Luhyas will vote for Wamalwa; and lock out Kidero, or whichever ODM candidate, from that vote. This is Eugene’s only mission.

After losing (and completing his mission), Eugene then expects to be appointed CS for Water, or some other cheap liquid, soon after.
Everyone goes home happy. The Water people and the real Governor people.

Sen. Beatrice Elachi insults LUHYAS on National TV, says those in Kawangware can only qualify as maids

Nominated Senator Beatrice Elachi claims that Luhyas especially those in kawangware are perfect fits for menial domestic jobs because they are trustworthy.

Speaking at Citizen TV studios during the program dubbed “Women and leadership” Senator Elachi who is also an aspirant in Dagoretti North said she likes Luhyas from Kawangware and that all of her domestic workers including babysitters, come from there.

“I am planning to run for Dagoretti North MP and I believe the people from Kawangware will vote for me. In fact, majority of the people from there are from the community that work for us on this other side of Lavington. For instance, the person that takes care of my children comes from there and I believe if I go to them, they will vote for me” She said.

The Senator is set to battle it out with the incumbent Hon Simba Arati among others.

After failing to attract grassroots support ”Obomo Bw’Omogusii” bandwagon political opportunists group made of conmen, old school and Nyayo era orphans resolved for Uhuru Kenyatta’s help to popularize their castrated, crippled, stinking, wounded and barbaric political outfit. They hurriedly schemed for a meeting with President Uhuru Kenyatta at State House Nairobi.

Uhuru instead sent his State House Chief of Staff Joseph Kinyua and personal assistant Jomo Gecaga to chair the meeting. They walked out of State house as a frustrated lot to Serana Hotel for a press briefing. They discussed the group’s intention and success to the community which was all lies founded on political snuggery and barbarism.

1) Met the president to discuss development and request for more appointments to the sons and daughters of the region.
Chris Obure being the elected Senator Kisii County knows his roles as follows:
a). Represent the Kisii and serve to protect the interests of the counties and their governments
b).Considering, debating and approving Bills concerning counties
c).Determine allocation of national revenue among counties and provide oversight over national revenue allocated to counties
d).Approve or reject a resolution of the National Assembly to remove the president or deputy president from office.

There’s nowhere in the Constitution written that the Senator’s role will be leading delegations to state House to beg for State appointments.
Devolution promulgated in 2013 culminated the culture of bowing down for positions and resources instead it jerked inn an equal distribution of resources no matter the political side.The last time Obure led a delegation to state House to request for state appointments what kisiis got was the appointment of

5 Nyachae family members to prime state jobs. I don’t know after this meeting whose family is being bargained for state appointments. We want to remind the president that he has a constitutional duty of defending the Country’s supreme law which defines the president as the symbol of peace and unity not a member of a political party or political grouping.

2) Met the President to ask for development where he(President) agreed to visit the region on 1st August to launch development projects.
This is typical comedy. Uhuru Kenyatta recently toured Kisii with his deputy in the name of launching development projects.

Question: How many of those projects have been completed? Sorry how many of those projects have been initiated so far?
All the contractors with their equipments left 2 days after Uhuru left Kisii and have never come back to work on the so called launched projects. How do you re-launch a project 2, 3, 4 5 times? This is stupidly ill.

Obure team’s ultimate intention is to have Kisii divided into factions/clans. The slogan ”Unity” is cosmetic. Kisii is not at war, we’re not war amongst, Kisiis are peaceful and objective.

They want to create disunity amongst our people by selectively appointing few individuals like they have done who will late radicalize their people against a particular then end up with stereotypes and shadow boxing politics as slowly witnessed.

Already a number of those criticizing the group have been arrested before, others beaten and many continue receiving threats.

This is only the genesis of disharmony, divisions, and anarchy amongst our People spearheaded by a team calling itself ”Omogusii Unity”.

The group went ahead yesterday and picked a woman who was a passing by at Serena and posed her before the media to show women representation.

It’s shameful, ill-advised, unfortunate and barbaric. The Kisii People must desist such schemers and political opportunists. Whose intention is to kill, divide and trade our People for selfish gains.

Dear Politicians, Kenyans are not useful idiots

Kenya has the highest number of political bandits per square kilometer. Kenyan politicians are the deadliest artifacts in the strange history world. In fact, a good number of them are bankrupt of clemency. Conversely, these distinguished creatures are among the human beings that have the guts to lie with temerity when begging for votes from poor Kenyans. Before joining her antecedents, my grandmother once opined that “Character is like pregnancy, you cannot hide it for long,” The character of our politicians is telling. They are morally subcortical and it is evident that to them, Kenyans are some irredeemable crackpots.

Before anyone goes ballistic and starts shooting oral bullets at me, I beg for a chance to elucidate. When they speak, vaunted politicians are proficient at fabricating brilliant monstrosities, assuming that Kenyans are helpless useful idiots. When politicians speak, they expect Kenyans to listen and comply. As a matter of fact, their deceitful utterances are met with massive widespread indifferences by guiltless Kenyans especially the classless unlettered fellows.

Mesmerizingly, whenever these strident politicians achieve their objectives, they tactically and technically disappear leaving the poor voters at extremely low ebbs. I have said time and again that I am not a theologist and that when it comes to speaking of the dimensions of condemnation, it is the theologists that are rightly positioned to reflect on it. But in general, I can tell that any political crime that politicians commit towards the innocents is absolutely reprehensible and condemnable.

Kenyan politicians are stupendous award winning fact deniers. Immediately after they are elected to political offices, politicians turn out to be of disastrous consequences. Peripateticism becomes their instant hobby as they gallivant through every nook and cranny of the world courtesy of the innocent’s money.

Admittedly, sometimes it is paramount to separate wheat from chaff. There are those rare level headed Kenyan cognoscenti. There are those that are well-known and respected political intellectuals who have the citizens’ interests at heart. Despite being outstanding scholars with sinecures at prestigious higher learning institutions from both home and abroad, the noble men and women unavailingly vie for political positions due to lack of enough wherewithal and insufficiency of campaign fiefdoms and tribal connections.

Consequently, as a result of dirty politics by careless politicians, tourists have resolved to turn every wart into proof of terminal decline. Of course, compared to political hate speech and other tribal exculpatory utterances, alcohol consumption is robustly regulated by the regimen. More and more safety features are being added. There is a long-standing war against the consumption of illicit brew and drunk driving that is included in checkpoints.

There are long sentences for traffic offenders and bartenders are ultimately held accountable for serving people who are clearly wasted. All of these have led fatalities on our roads to plummet. But there is a category that goes unpunished no matter how deadly the sins that they commit against poor Kenyans are. Despite their deathly disadvantageous utterances that eventuate in cadavers and mass graves, they still get away with it. As a matter of fact, political deaths are projected to have surpassed traffic fatalities.

Politicians are ultimately responsible for the tribulations and shortcomings that terrorize the underprivileged Kenyans. To them, it is obviously unsurprising even as poor Kenyans struggle to manage and fit under a dollar, awaiting their unknown fate. When requesting for a chance to “serve”, they talk like peacenik political angels from heaven.

There comes a time when Kenyans stage broadly based protests and say no to politicians and their newspeak and reckless doublethink. Fellow Kenyans, kindly elect those leaders who will change your lives. Those leaders are among you. As Miguel De Cervantes once advised, “Never stand begging for that which you have the power to earn,”

By According to senator Obure and his band of eschatological characters, “ODM has failed to champion devt agenda for kisii”. This is dishonest, unfortunate, puerile and purely uneducated argument designed for people who studied behind the school.

ODM is in opposition, its work is keeping the govt under CHECKS & BALANCES, and the govt of the day is Jubilee. How Obure has been thinking that CHECKS & BALANCES is another term for DEVT is a sure testament that either education is highly overrated or the toxic mix of stomach infrastructure is festering our already rotting Kenyan polity.

When Raila was PM, he gave Obure a whole ministry of public works—how did Obure use it to better infrastructure in Kisii? Obure should even know that the same Uhuru he is running to is from Gatundu which is equally chocking with underdevt, unemployment, insecurity etc.

This is a policy issue , if Obure could have asked Uhuru to explain to Kenyans how his govt used 9 BILLION to do projects that can’t be seen with the naked eye, projects that require special gift of the holy spirit to be seen/noticed then he would be honest in helping Kenyans become shareholders of our national project.

How Obure plans to use those handouts he received from statehouse yesterday to develop kisii overnight like mushroom beats wisdom. Obure is now becoming an intellectual fraud, a con, and a man whose reasoning best qualifies as reflections of UNSOUND MIND.

Two Jubilee Members Compete Posting NUDE PHOTOS on Twitter; Chelah Yegon Vs Angie Gathu

The battle for the crown of who owns the Kenyans on Twitter ‘nudist space’ pitting Chelah Yegon against Angeline Gathu is being fought with the same viciousness of a Trump-Clinton race for the White House.

Chelah is the new girl on the nudity bloc and unlike Angeline, she shares her nudes for free (posts them on her Twitter handle). For Angeline, you have to provide her with your phone number after which she sends (WhatsApp) you her nudes (for pay).

Chelah seems to be doing better at marketing as her ‘followers’ are already 1000 plus, despite being on Twitter for less than a week.

Well, Angeline will have to catch up as Chelah has made it clear her mission is to harvest more sponsors, which means more money. She’s even gone ahead to release a video which an average of 5 in 7 men will agree is ‘high quality’.

As to what is driving these two young women to these extremes I don’t know but in a leading TV channel associated with an influential political family; there is a show that very closely reveals what may be the drive behind these new moral frontiers.

In other news, Okiya Omtatah has gone to court to stop investigations into money laundering/tender malpractices allegations on Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission chair Philip KINISU. This too is prostitution of the kind that’s also driving young girls into sending their nude pics to sex-starved men in order to eke a living.

OBURE and Nyachae, God is watching you

I want to take this earliest opportunity to remind the grandson of Nyandusi, Mr Charles Nyachae, his foe turned friend Mr Chris Obure, Mr Maangi and all those who have been routing for the Gusii Unity and ended up going to beg at State House, that, the misuse of our taxes is completely unacceptable.

We live in the 21st century where no man or woman can brag to pocket votes of a community that he can deliver to some conman in the name of winning a presidency. Uhuru Kenyatta and William Ruto are mere conmen, misusing our taxes.

The new constitutional dispensation gave every Kenyan a right to a service delivery from the central government regardless of their political affiliation, their social or economic status, and is a right that no one will purport to hold onto and personalize. Every Kenyan pays taxes and wherever they are, a national cake must be shared on a fair ground without begging.

Devolution is here with us. Many of our leaders may not want to live with this reality. But it is a reality and we all know how the central government has been at the forefront in fighting, undermining and frustrating the efforts of devolution. The cunning action by the leaders who lie to us that we have to be in government to get development is a hoodwinking foolishness, a joke that has been bypassed by time and overtaken by events.

Many of our greedy leaders have been liningup at statehouse and more are likely to lineup to fill their ever enlarging bellies in the name of us, the voters. As voters, we have sent none of you. We will never send any of you. You will never be our voice, as you lack the necessary voice of reason.

Mr Nyachae and your team, you lack the required sobriety of representing a modern Gusii. You are living yesterday, unfortunately in the shadows of your father. Gusii rejected such rudimentary leadership. Our true representatives will go to statehouse to demand for a full respect to our Constitution and a full implimentation of devolution. As citizenry, we have not, we have never and will never send you to beg for handouts. We will never send you to go beg for projects on our behalf, as projects are a right to every Kenyan that anyone who holds this back is our enemy. Jubilee and her leaders are our enemy number one and we will speak at the ballot.

As you lineup like dogs waiting for their turn each, know you are not lining for us, but for your own selves.

We reject you. We denounce you. We curse you. We reject your unfortunate manourvers as you participate in raping our economy. You have let our community down.

We will never be party to Jubilee, a thieving government, a government made of tricksters. A government made of conmen and thieves. A government whose major project is the thievery of our national cake. A government whose other name is CORRUPTION. As The Kisii Community, we will never be party to impunity and our vote will never be used to rubber stamp corruption.

We join other Kenyans in demanding sanity in the running of our nation. We join other sober Kenyans in demanding a transparent and accountable government. We demand accountability in the theft of the NYS funds, the Eurobond, to mention but 2.

Nyachae and your team. You are like dogs lined up waiting for their turn to be served by a female dog. We reject your moves.

You are not one or amongst us. We already know who our true leaders are…and they are not emerging from the Nyachae family. They do not take the characters, shape or face of Obure, the mastermind of the goldenberg scandal. They don’t resemble Richard N. Tongi, the man under confusionosis malady. Our leaders are bold. They don’t take the shape of Kenyatta or Ruto.

We reject these underdogs reducing our community to mere beggars.

How KISII’S ‘TEAM-MAFISI and MAFISILETS’ terrorize big bellied SPONSORS at night clubs

It is a warm Friday evening and Kisii town is a beehive of activity. One would be forgiven to think that the day has just started. It is 8 p.m. There is this street littered with nightclubs with different disco lights flickering in various patterns seductively beckoning patrons. All their names are exotic: Star Lounge, Bellavista, Dallas and so on. There is a blaring mix of music that would make a toddler deaf and any music teacher angry.

At the entrance to Bellavista, is a voluptuous lady probably in her mid-twenties forcefully dragging a bulky man who seems to be in his late forties into the Club. The man is visibly agitated but is left with no option other than ascend the dimly lit stairs with the lady in tow. In the club, the situation is not any different. It’s now 10.30p.m.

The place is not only full but there is still a steady influx of party lovers. Bartenders are busy taking orders and serving different drinks. It is now hot, sweaty and stuffy save for a few fans here and there struggling to satisfy the giant hall’s insatiable appetite for fresh air. Almost all seats are occupied and some patrons appear not to mind standing along the spaces between chairs. To access cloak rooms one has to rub shoulders with huge and thin people, tall and short, old and young – all sorts of people.

Mercy Masika’s “Nikupendeze” has everyone dancing with abandon with several hands flying in the air; there is a clear disconnect between the actions of the revellers and the message in the song. Never mind that. Suddenly, there seems to be a commotion at the entrance. A hefty man is escorted by mean looking bouncers with their focus directed at a corner where there are couches. Definitely one has to make space for this one without being told.

Clutched in the fleshy left hand of this newcomer is an Apple iPhone that must have cost a fortune. He is in an untucked XXL stripped shirt that seems to be struggling to hold the protruding belly intact. He is led to a space in the couch occupied by a group of young men who upon his arrival spring up from their seats as if they have seen an elephant approaching. The man with thin streams of sweat running down his wide face doesn’t bother to appreciate the young men’s gesture. Instead, he lumps his heavy body sinking it in the couch occupying enough space for three.

Hardly has he settled down when a bevy of young girls barely out of their adolescence emerge from the door and surround the man momentarily seeming to conceal him from the sight of anyone else. Soon they are joined by three young men who must be in college. Barrels of John Walker, Jameson and Chivas Regal whisky are soon placed at the center of their table. It’s not clear who is going to take what.

It doesn’t take long to realize what is going on. The man is the one calling shots. All bills are directed at him. The young girls take turns to whisper in his ear. After a few sips, one by one the girls get on their feet and start slow but rhythmic swinging of their hips to the tune of the music. They all turn their hips in the direction of their host – the SPONSOR. Koffi Olomide’s “Ekotite” is now playing. The bulky man probably shy of embarrassing himself encourages the young men to join the ladies on the floor.

It’s now well past midnight and the host seems to be exhausted. His eyes are heavy and his breath deep. His ‘visitors’ on the other hand are now dancing vigorously rubbing their bodies against each other. There is evidently a deal being struck here and there. Soon the first pair leaves. The ‘host’ is now too tired to notice. Short snorts are occasionally heard from his direction. The second pair leaves. The Jameson has disappeared mysteriously from the table.

The DJ is now playing Reggae and a number of revellers have left; mostly in pairs. The ‘Sponsor’ is awoken at 3 a.m. by a waitress extending her hand to his face asking that he clears his bill of twelve thousand shillings.

HOW Raila RESCUED Uhuru ‘boy’ Hon Sakaja in Philadelphia USA- negotiated access to DNC.

After allegedly being blocked from accessing the Democratic National Convention Hall, Hon. Johnson Sakaja finally got admitted, on Wednesday, in good time to watch the Obama speech.

Sakaja after being stranded since Monday, attempted to reach Kenyan Ambassador to Kenya Robinson Githae, who unsuccessfully tried but was told that the convention ticket issuing process had been closed, and that if Sakaja had not received an invitation earlier, there’s not a thing they could do. Sakaja tried to say that in Kenya he is the equivalent of Democratic National Committee Chair, Donna Brazile, but the security guys wouldn’t hear such non-sense.

It is at this time that Sakaja swallowed his pride, and asked Raila to help him. Raila knows Sakaja because he used to hang around Fidel Odinga and other Kenyan celebrities for hand outs, before he met Uhuru. Raila consulted with top Democratic National Committee officials, who out of respect for Raila gave an override, and instructed their juniors to process a badge for Sakaja. Rt Hon Raila has had a close relationship with the National Democratic institute dating back to the early 90s and has been invited to every convention since the days of Bill Clinton.

Sakaja was so excited to finally make it into the convention hall, and posted pictures of him at the convention Wednesday. The Convention started on Monday, and Sakaja after trying to get in, was blocked by Philadelphia police manning the entrance. Embarassed, Sakaja coiled his tail and went to drink 6-pax, with his hosts, which is how he is killing his time. Sakaja is living with friends, so he can at least save the imprests or pocket money advanced to him by his party leader of TNA. He has been avoiding being seen with Raila, for fear of being fired, as top Statehouse Operatives forbids them from talking to the Cord leader.

Sakaja/TNA wasn’t invited to the convention, and only went to Philly, USA to save face, ater realizing that Raila, Mudavadi, and Karua. the DNC chair but these people would hear none of that. Jubilee was snubbed and wasn’t invited due to a horrific human rights records and massive rigging in the 2013 elections, which is now backed by new evidence that democrats, as the ruling party are privy to. Amnesty International and Human Rights Watch have accused Uhuru Kenyatta’s government of increased extrajudicial killings.

Hon Mudavadi and Hon Karua are attending courtesy of Raila. Raila was invited and received 3 tickets, which is how he went with Karua and maDvD. MaDvD was a natural choice as they can finalize discussions on a few pending areas as they work towards rolling out a political deal which will once and for all pull the rug from under Jubilee’s feet through a grand alliance, that will send shivers across the political divide. I don’t know about Karua but baba and maDvD are staying in the same hotel. A major announcement that may shake the political landscape may come out of Philadelphia.

The lecture is scheduled for tomorrow Friday 29th July 2016 from 15:00Hrs Kenyan Time.

Kenya, one of Africa’s most economically and politically prominent democracies, will next hold elections in August 2017. Governance in the country has evolved in recent years, due in part to the implementation of a new constitution, ratified in 2010, which stipulated structural changes to the country’s political system.

Devolution in Kenya was intended to bring the government closer to its citizens – one approach for strengthening democracy and accountability also adopted elsewhere in Africa. The forthcoming polls will mark the first nation-wide electoral test of devolution, a process which through the creation of counties has made more urgent the need for inter-party cooperation to ensure the delivery of services and representative governance for citizens.

At this event, Rt. Hon. Raila Odinga will discuss Kenya’s experience of democracy, and how countries across the continent are evolving political systems to manage diversity, accountability and public debate towards peace and development.

BREAKING: Nyachae & Co. expected to defect to Jubilee after pocketing Sh1.5b from State House

There self imposed rebel Gusii leaders led by former CIC boss Charles Nyachae and Kisii ODM Senator Chris Obure are currently at State House Meeting President Kenyatta and William Ruto.

The anti-Ongwae leaders also nicknamed Tumbocracts by the larger Gusii community due to their selfish motives, are expected to defect to formally defect from ODM and announce Jubilee as their party.

According to some State House snoop, State House gifted them with Ksh1.5billion and cautioned them to use it to pull Omogusii back in Jubilee.

Our sources have however revealed that before they were given the Money, the President and his Deputy berated them bitterly for failing in their previous attempts where they pocketed the money but failed to convince Omogusii.

Before they ‘token’ was handed to them, the President and his Deputy cautioned them that he will not tolerate any failure.

It is believed that they Kisii ‘Tumbocrats’ were afforded the opportunity to name their price as a sign of allegiance that they will not fail.

The ‘State House’ asked them to share the money fairly to avoid potential fall outs like it has previously happened.

What they failed to tell the President and his Deputy is that Kisiis have rejected the so called ‘Omogusii Unity’ and are firmly in ODM to stay.

The announcement of their defection is yet to be announced through a press conference.

The ‘Omogusii Unity’ under the mantra of “The Otamba Declaration” has been widely rejected by the Larger Gusii community including the ones at the diaspora because their’s is an unholy fellowship aimed at finishing Governor Ongwae and bring down his government.

Members of the Kisii community have questioned the timing of the so called ‘Omogusii Community’ asking why its champions did not do it long time ago because they have all along been in leadership.

RAILA AT DNC – I was among a number of Kenyans who were delighted to receive former Prime Minister Raila Odinga and daughter Winnie when he arrived at the Philadelphia Airport on Sunday to attend the Democratic National Convention and a meeting of the National Democratic Institute.

Among the group, some of whom had travelled hundreds of miles, was Ann Kariuki, a Philadelphian who had organized the airport reception, but it was little Auma (on right in the airport picture) who stole the airport show, when in presenting Raila with a bouquet of flowers, she said she was proud to be a TRUE Kenyan “as my dad is from Asembo, and my mum is from Thika”!

At Raila’s hotel we met up with another good friend I had not recently talked to, former Justice Minister Martha Karua, who had also come for the DNC and was accompanied by her aide Elizabeth Onyango. The enlarged group then went for dinner at Gojjo, an excellent Ethiopian restaurant whose owner Habtamu Shitaye follows Kenya politics and was a very attentive host happy to be hosting the two Kenyan luminaries.

Raila and Martha were in excellent spirits, and during the course of the evening gave very positive assessments of the multiple political developments that are now gripping Kenyans as we head to next year’s election. I was also happy to get some time with Raila to get a more detailed briefing from him, since it’s just not possible to get a nuanced sense of how Kenya is evolving when you are away, however much one tries to keep up with our dear country.

The ever-beautiful Martha was her usual eloquent, earthy, plainspoken, outspoken and witty self. She had us roaring in laughter when in discussing her diminutive physical stature she said “a woman is only as tall as her high heels, but luckily we have many other ways to get taller than the men.”

Others I spoke to were Dan Ochweri, Otieno Ombok, Lister Nyaringo and Rhoda Okaaloh.

BREAKING : UHURU summons the Kisii OTAMBA ‘TUMBOCRATS’ to State House for Eating and failing to sell Jubilee in Gusiiland

News Just in has it that the Nyachae-Obure led OTAMBA declaration crew have been summoned to State House later today for failing to hoodwing the Kisii people and convince them to join Jubilee.

The Kisii merchants have been summoned to appear before Uhuru and Ruto Thursday 28th July 2017 to explain the poor performance.

Among the agenda for discussion includes defections and the dissolving of small parties to form jubilee party. They rebel leaders are also expected to present their 2017 probable line up and convince Uhuruto how they are planning to vanquish Governor Ongwae and ODM in general.

The line up drawn by the group is as follows:

Chris Obure Chairman Jubilee and Governor aspirant Charles Nyachae Secretary General and Senator aspirant Joel Onyancha, Deputy Governor Jimmy Angwenyi, Vice Chair Essy Okenyuri women representative, Duke Mainga youth leader Among those to attend are all jubilee kisii MPs Uhuru kenyatta is bitter that the money he gave has not been used well.

Kisii youth have revolted because the MPs pocketed money meant for youth. Sources from Statehouse indicate that Uhuruto are unhappy with some MPs and they have a parallel team to replace them.

According to The Star, the President and his Deputy have been cautioned that the current lot of Kisii leaders are obsolete and cannot perform. Uhuruto are thinking of replacing the MPs with the youthful and energetic leaders so as to get close to the youth voters.

It is believed that among those scared they won’t get a Jubilee ticket include hon Opore of Bonchari who has been marked by Uhuru confidant engineer Oimeke. As a result, Opore is believed to organize goons who beat his opponents.

Others set to fall are Jimmy Angwenyi to be replaced by jubilee strategist Bernard Nyamwaro. In Kitutu Chache South, Uhuru is okay with Richard Onyonka. In Nyaribari Chache tongi is a man under siege as Rachel Otundo a renowned surveyor angles to Remove him. In Bomachoge Chache Amos Nyamoko Andama who was second in 2013 is set to challenge Eng. Ogari.

On Friday last week a Charles Nyachae believed to be drunk by the time, was booed and chased from a burial in masimba Nyaribari Masaba where he went to spread the Otamba declaration gospel.

Some kisii MPs like Jimmy Angwenyi and Richard Onyonka who have been playing with Uhuruto cash are scared. Jimmy Angwenyi was chased from Nyankanda village for cheating wananchi. He has since stopped visiting the villagers after exposing himself to public ridicule.

ODM Senator Hon Chris Obure in TROUBLE, ROASTED by Kisii ELDERS over Links to Jubilee

Members of the 4th estate ladies and gentlemen, we have gathered here as proud sons and daughters of Omobasi, to clear the air over the ongoing heated political temperatures led by Sen Chris Obure.

In 2013, leaders from the 6 Kisii clans signed an MoU which formed the County Government. The MoU saw Ongwae and Obure lead the County Government’s top most leadership. They were accorded the rare opportunity of leading our people to prosperity.

We consciously penned down our signatures to the MoU, that was to last for 10 years. Obure was to represent Ababasi and chair the team not himself as Christopher Obure. Immediately after he was sworn in as Senator he steadily and slowly walked away , we mercilessly watched him from a distance as he relocated his relatives and friends from Nairobi to give them County Jobs.

He deserted us after handing him the golden shield. We had sons and daughters who were qualified to work in the County. Poor orphans were in the list. Obure was by and large unreachable. Bobasi was grossly disadvantaged because our people never got their rightful share, because everything that was essentially meant for Omobasi was diverted to Obure’s relatives and friends.

It’s even horrific that he has gone ahead formed another merry-go-round by the name ”Obomo Bw’Omogusii” after secretly divorcing our amorphous group formed consultative across the 6 clans, founded on the pillars of unity and development to a selfish outfit with a selfish agenda and ego driven greedy families without engaging any key stakeholder, In the name of ”Omogusii Unity”.

Before Obure takes Omogusii to his merry-go-round groupings he must clear the air on the following:

1) Did Nyamira cease to be part of Gusii after devolution

2) What happened with his line-up with Ongwae

3) Stakeholders consulted before putting up the new team

4) Sponsors

5) The exact intentions of the groupings.

6) Fred Matiangi’s role in the group.

7) His deliverables as an Elected Senator.

We conclude our remarks as follows:

As Ababasi we neither subscribe to the so called ”Obomo Bw’Omogusii group led by chris Obure nor do we understand it’s agenda.
The post of Senator was preserved for Ababasi and not Chris Obure when time comes we shall unveil our own candidate to take over from Obure to complete the remaining 5 years to make it 10.

Obure is championing a selfish agenda and that he doesn’t represent our agenda.

We finally wish Obure well in his endeavours and that we’re confined in the 2013 agreement which expires in 2022.

What next for DP Ruto who has been pushing all Kalenjins including Gideon Moi to join Jubilee?

The revelations that a group is laying claim to the names ‘Jubilee’, ‘JAP’, ‘Jubilee Party’ and that this group had been successfully registered may be as well be an excuse Jubilee wanted to retain their primary parties.

Fact is; Jubilee is so disorganized and so distrusting to come up with a single party. Mt Kenya mafia are plotting against the Kalenjins and the kalenjins are plotting against Mt Kenya mafia. Both TNA and URP need an excuse to remain independent of each other.

Then, without KANU joining it, the other parties which formed Jubilee are briefcase parties which are inconsequential in the larger scheme of things.

So it appears the Jubilee Coalition as presently composed agreed between themselves to have a third party register Jubilee and lock them out of the headache they are currently in. Remember both TNA and URP are individual based, highly dictatorial parties with a top-down approach to politics. The two parties have never had grassroots elections. They were formed using M-Pesa details of Kenyans.

They accuse ODM of fiasco but at least we assemble and disagree. With all the state resources and claims to event management capabilities we’ve seen during state functions, Jubilee have now postponed their joint national delegates conference FIVE times.
This is because in case of a political disagreement during a joint national delegates conference, some delegates will end up at Lee Funeral home, or the nearby Nehema Uhai hospital with very deep cuts.

Senator Mike Sonko REFUSES to Withdraw Remarks he made Against Governor Kidero

Nairobi Senator Mike Sonko has refused to withdraw remarks he made against Nairobi Governor Evans Kidero during a Senate’s Public Accounts Committee meeting last month.

The meeting was disrupted, after Sonko and Kidero engaged in a physical fight, after the Senator sought to present documents he claimed showed that the governor had grabbed private properties in the city and transferred them to himself and his wife.

Sonko, who appeared before the Powers and Privileges Committee to shed more light over the incident, insisted he has evidence to prove his allegations and therefore he will not withdraw the remarks.

Raila DROPS BOMBSHELL targeting Uhuru Regime on BURNING of Secondary Schools, offers Leadership

LET OLD ORDER PREVAIL IN SCHOOLS PENDING CONSULTATIONS:
Two months ago, the government announced stringent measures including change in term dates and abolition of traditions like visiting and prayers ahead of exams in third term ostensibly to curb exam cheating in our schools. Teachers and non-candidates will also be required to stay away from schools during the conduct of national exams.

It is evident that these radical measures were taken without adequate consultations and they have backfired.

Teachers in particular are so critical to the success of education policies that no competent government can imagine proceeding with its theories against their advice as is the case today.

Besides, students are feeling unnecessarily targeted in the so-called war against cheating. There is no justification whatsoever for non-candidates to stay at home during exams and for candidates to sit exams without the benefit of having access to their teachers in between the papers.

The criminalization of students and isolation of teachers is evident in the composition of the committee to investigate unrest in schools which comprises administrators in the Office of the President, CID, Inspector General of Police and bureaucrats in TSC and Ministry of Education. In the meantime, schools are burning each day and the safety of our children in schools is not assured amid loud silence from top levels of government. We need to see the following measures: The government must immediately abandon this gamble with the life of our children in schools and take practical steps to stem the tide of destruction of school infrastructures that will cost parents dearly.

1. The government must stop turning our children and teachers into suspects and criminals in the name of curbing cheating.

2. Jubilee must deal with the problem of cheating from where it starts: the Kenya National Examinations Council which is the organization charged with the setting, safekeeping and administration of exams. KNEC is the body that should produce the suspects and the people to go to jail when exams are leaked. It is the body that we should be investigating and reforming, not the candidates, the students and the teachers. The teachers, candidates and parents being targeted today are victims of the corruption and institutional failure at KNEC.

3. The government must immediately abandon the authoritarian policies it is adopting, announce a return to the old order that also respects the unique traditions of various schools pending detailed consultations with parents, teachers, Boards of Governors, PTAs, KNUT and KUPPET.

4. The government must assure Kenyans of the safety of their children in schools and be ready to take responsibility for any harm that may occur to those children in these unfortunate fire incidents.

How President Uhuru INTERVENED to have blogger Alai enter State House

Kenyans were earlier today surprised that blogger Robert Alai was a discussant at a presidential roundtable on energy held at state house.

However, even as the public display of mature politics flickered on televisions across the country during which President Uhuru admitted he never believed he would agree with the blogger on anything (Alai had asked about the punitive power costs due to independent power producers) but now agrees there is still work to be done towards cheapening power costs, Kenya Today has learnt of the behind the scenes push and pull that took the president’s personal intervention to have Alai attend the event.

The summit organizers, essentially government bureaucrats who decide those to attend presidential events were sharply divided on having Alai participate in the meeting. The fear, according to sources, was that Alai being a panelist at a televised event was too much risk to expose the President to, considering they could not possibly put Alai on a script.

Deputy Head of Public Service Nzioka Waita led the anti-Alai forces while another wing, largely in the Presidential Strategic Communications Unit (PSCU) and personal aides of the President didn’t see anything wrong with the attendance of the blogger.

This is the danger of too much gate-keeping. When every journalist is being too cautious to ask questions that can generate heated exchanges; or have been scripted to ask questions that ‘won’t embarrass’, there is always the propensity to have such critical events turned into monotonous lectures by the powers that be.

In the corporate sector where Nzioka Waita thrived, there is no public accountability on bosses. Safaricom, sadly, leads in ‘retaining’ journalists so much so that it essentially affects competence, because to survive as business reporter, you must pander to the PR gimmicks and respect the advertisement billions.

For Nzioka, still smarting from President Uhuru’s decision not to disband PSCU, inviting Alai to state house, especially to an event being presided by the President himself, was not just incomprehensible but also added to the battles he has recently lost.

A former Safaricom executive, Nzioka’s tiff with Alai is not known, but may have something to do with Alai’s work as a tech blogger. But even this is hard to comprehend considering Alai never  attacks Safaricom like, say, blogger Cyprian Nyakundi.

When he was still new in government, having been hired to head a unit then referred to as ‘presidential delivery unit’ a year or so ago, he once phoned a RAMCO Executive threatening her with sacking because his business cards had delayed from the printer. But this is a digression.

Our sources have learnt that Alai’s name was cancelled twice, and a whatsapp group was created specifically to discuss the matter.

When it was certain that the Nzioka group would not allow Alai in; one of the PSCU officials is said to have approached President Uhuru over the matter. It is not known what the president said but he appeared not to have any issue with Alai coming to State House, though the two have not been the best of buddies ever since Alai and other bloggers sent Waiguru to vie in Kirinyaga.

At this point, Alai may have been told his name had been cancelled. Furious, he texted President Uhuru. The president replied.

Early morning today when he pulled over at the gate of state house, again, his name was not among those to attend the event. If the President had sanctioned his entry to state house, that order had not been relayed down the rank and file.

There seemed to have been, on the contrary, clear instructions to lock him out. Once again, Alai reached out to the President.

“We were just turning to get back to town when he was called back. Apparently the President had ordered he gets access to the event. I saw him being escorted in as I left the place,” a friend to Alai who had accompanied him.

During the meeting, the President ordered review of all Independent Power producers (IPPs). He wondered why the cost of goods continue to rise while power costs have significantly fallen.

“Our objective of increasing supply and reliability in order to give access to electricity to all Kenyans at an affordable rate is firmly on course. But more importantly, we want to ensure that our industries are also able to access power that can make us globally competitive,” he said.

Other participants at the summit included Energy CS Charles Keter, his PS Eng. Joseph Njoroge, KPLC MD Ben Chumo and KETRACO MD Fernandes Barasa.
