Demonstrations broke in the streets of Eldoret town following the nullification of Nandi Hills MP Alfred Keter by Justice George Kimondo.

The protesters say they can’t sit back and watch as DP Ruto humiliates their leaders.

Yesterday Eldoret High Court Nullified the election of marakwet East MP Kangogo Bowen and the Same Court has today Nullified the election of Another rebel MP Alfred Keter. Is this coincidence or it is Jubilee revisiting the Judiciary?

It is a cinch that Men love cars. So much so that when he needs a “motivation” to get an erection, a picture of the latest make of a Bugatti will do the magic more impeccably than porn hub.

And just like cars, these men come in different models and with distinct specifications that one is often spoilt for choice especially for women eager to settle down.

Absolute care and caution is advised, do not fall for a brand new Mercedes and shun a Toyota jalopy since in reality, the latter might have a powerful engine (intellectual acumen) and can go for miles…if you catch the drift.

It is laughable to buy a car and ignore taking it for a self drive, in the event that is so, you solely have yourself to blame when you buy the car only to realize the legroom is too small for your comfort. There are many things about a car that you can only experience by sliding behind the wheel. Chances are you will be driving this car for years to come so it is pertinent that you be at ease with how it feels and drive.

Assuming you’ve gone through different models and have thus settled on this specific car, before you start the engine, sit in the car and just relish the interior décor, the aura, feel the seats and look out for things like head and legroom and once satisfied, ignite and hit the road.

Once on the road, check acceleration and the engine sound when you do so, try cornering; is it comfortable on a rough road?

Now apply the same analogy when picking a life partner dear lady. You’ll be with this soul for yonks or the fallacy called eternity which is impractical and elusive in this day and age where people divorce when they have grey hair and wear diapers.

Are you yourself around him, can you talk about everything and anything or do you wear this fake identity just to blend with him?

Can the man hold an intelligent conversation because a time comes when there will be less I love you(s) and more investment and career conversations. How does he react when angry? You sure do not want a man who will slap the daylight out of you at the slightest provocation including when he loses a bet or falls out with his boss.

Is he your choice or you settled for him because your friends or family think he is “afadhali?” Remember, your friends might think an Mac X is good for you but all you need is a Probox because after all, it is you who fathoms the terrains this car will maneuver.

You have to be certain he’s value for money, don’t settle for some squeaky and won out metal because everyone at your workplace is driving (married)

It is advisable to go for a car with low maintenance, do not settle for a man who seats around the house betting and drinking with friends while you are the one hustling, paying the bills and planning the future.

Take that man for a test drive and take your time while at it. This is a huge and important purchase so be sure you make the tolerable choice. If the brake pads are wasted, get them replaced or better yet, pick another model. Who wants to buy a car with wasted brake pads or back to the discourse, who wants to settle with a man who is a playboy and knocks anything?

“EXPECT NO MERCY Because I Will Be Back” – KETER Tells Jubilee

Immediate NANDI HILLS MP hon ALFRED KETER has promised the Jubilee government that he will bounce back soon.

Speaking after High Court in Eldoret nullified his August 8 election, Keter said he will go back to the people and tell them what led to his nullification.

“I call upon my supporters to remain calm and maintain peace especially at this situation. We respect the verdict of the court although we don’t agree with it. However, I was to assure the sponsors of of this verdict that I will be back soon. I will go to the people and the people will prove them wrong. I want to tell the Jubilee government that when I come back, I will put them on toes until they deliver to the people what we promised in our manifesto. There will be no mercy“

Sifuna Stamps Authority as New ODM SG, Warns Boni Khalwale over JKL remarks

Lawyer Edwin Sifuna who is the new ODM Party Secretary General is all bare knuckled in his new role and has made it clear in no uncertain terms that it is business unusual.

Sifuna who in his maiden speech said the ODM will go alone if push comes to shove has blasted former Kakamega Senator and Ford Kenya Deputy Party leader Boniface Khalwale over his remarks on JKL hosted by Jeff Koinange on Citizen TV.

Khalwale a fiery and feisty politician claimed NASA leader Raila Odinga left a meeting where the Principals had met on way forward on the swearing in day and made way to Uhuru park ‘to avoid keeping the crowd waiting.’

He added that “there was no swearing in, there was no judge present in accordance to the law; you would have seen the various protocol that accompany that kind of function.”

Sifuna obviously miffed by Khalwale’s blant disregard for the swearing told the former law maker that he has had a whole month to tell the people of Kenya the truth about why his party leader and NASA Co- Principal Moses Wetangula alongside Musalia Mudavadi and Kalonzo Musyoka snubbed the controversial 30th January swearing in ceremony.

“You have had a whole month to level with Kenyans, you have chosen to tell tales and cast aspersions. February the month o love is over,” Sifuna said.

Even as he settles in his new role, the advocate is set to meet challenges including a scandalous loss of millions that have not been accounted for.

The money is aid to have been raised during the nominations and also as from well wishers but has since disappeared into the pockets of unknown persons within the party hierarchy. Sifuna took from Agnes Zani who is now a nominated Senator.

NANDI HILLS MP ALFRED KETER has lost his seat in an election petition filed to challenge his August win.

Political pundits have related his loss to his hard stance against the Jubilee government and Deputy President William Ruto.

It remains to be seen whether he will bounce back or otherwise. Many, nonetheless, say he might defy all odds and emerge stronger by recapturing his seat.

BREAKING SAD: High Court NULLIFIES Election Jubilee Rebel Hon Alfred Keter, Nandi Hills MP Sent Home

Controversial Nandi Hills MP Alfred Keter on Thursday lost his parliamentary seat after a successful petition against his election.

Eldoret High Court judge George Kanyi Kimondo ruled that Keter’s election was marred with irregularities and illegalities and did not meet the threshold of a free and fair poll.

Specifically, Kimondo ruled that there was enough evidence which showed Keter deliberately campaigned after the expiry of the official deadline established by the IEBC.

In the August 8 General Election, Keter was declared the winner by IEBC with 28,923 votes against 13,872 garnered by independent candidate Benard Kibor Kitur who came second.

Kitur later moved to the court seeking to have the election results nullified on account of massive irregularities.

Lawyer Nelson Havi Offers To Represent Family of Slain Meru University Student Leader In Court For Free

Outspoken lawyer Nelson Havi, whose mettle came to the limelight for his participation in the Presidential election petition, has offered to represent the family of slain Meru University Student leader Evans Njoroge pro bono.

In a tweet, Havi who sought the LSK Presidential leadership but was barred on grounds that he had not attained the age limit that allows one to serve as LSK Chair said that if permitted, he was willing to help the family get justice against the trigger happy police officer and State adding that “police impunity must end.”

Njoroge was shot dead by police on Tuesday during a demonstration by the university students against the University leadership.

IPOA through its head of communications Mr. Dennis Oketch has said that a unit has been dispatched to carry out investigations further promising to that the culpable officer will face the law.

A section of Meru leaders have also come up in arms to protest the murder and asked Interior CS Fred Matiang’I to reshuffle the police department in the area.

“Meru police have a habit of being extreme when discharging their duties, each time there is a scuffle between the police and the students the situation gets out of hand,” he said.

The Ministry of Education also issued a statement amidst pressure that the CS Amina Mohammed sacks the Vice Chancellor Japheth Magambo.

In the statement, Ms. Mohammed said the Ministry regretted the chaos at Meru University of Science and Technology that led to the death of a student adding that she had constituted a team to urgently investigate the matter, with a view to making recommendations to forestall similar situations in the future. In the meantime, she appealed to students to respect the university’s decision that the institution remains closed as arrangements are made to recall them.
