TREASURY CS Rotich in PANIC, says Raila is RIGHT 50% of EUROBOND CASH is still in New York BANK

They (Treasury mandarins) are getting scared of Kenyans petition to President Barack Obama. CS Henry Ritich has now hot a retreat and now conforms that 50% of the EUROBOND Proceeds was not wired back to Kenya and that it is still  in New York.

Well, didn’t he tell Kenyans that all the money was wired here and allocated?

CS Rotich’s utterances means that if Kenyans put pressure on then the allegedily stolen Eurobond money can be brought back to save the economy.

None of the 2 billion Dollars raised in the country’s inaugural Eurobond have been lost. This is the emphatic response from treasury cabinet secretary Henry Rotich on allegations that up to 50% of the Eurobond proceeds were not remitted to the country, and are instead sitting in the New York Federal Reserve.

Mombasa Governor Joho MOCKS Uhuru regime on TRIBALISM Resettlement of IDPs

ODM GLOBAL Deputy Party Leader and Mombasa County Governor H.E Hassan Joho has revived the debate on selective mis-treatment of 2007/2008 PEV IDPs. The Mombasa governor blasted President Uhuru regime for discriminating Kenyans along tribal tribal lines.

The governor wondered why IDPs at the Coast were being forced to pay kshs.182,000 for the Waitiki farm while IDPs in Rift Valley especially those whose ancestral homes are in Mt Kenya and Rift Valley were resettled for free and another extra Kshs 400,000 or 200,000 free cash in addition to free land.

Indeed IDPs in Rift valley (Mt Kenya and Rift Valley natives) were resettled in land purchased by the government while those from others parts of the country got as little as nothing.

Governor Joho’s comments seem to resonate with those of some communities in Nyanza and Western whose IDPs got nothing . The Gusii, Luyha and Luo IDPs largely got nothing although few (the Gusii) got only kshs 10,000 with NO LAND for resettlement.

How blogger entangled self in Kabogo-Waititu wars

Kiambu based blogger Waime Mburu entangled himself in a vicious war between Kiambu Governor William Kabogo and Kabete MP Ferdinand Waititu which has left him exposed to the inhospitable shit-hole  that is Shimo La Tewa Maximum Prison.

The blogger accused Kiambu Governor William Kabogo of importing substandard eggs in a Facebook post.

According to sources conversant with the case, Waititu, who has since announced he will seek to upstage the sly Kabogo to head Kiambu beyond 2017, allegedly paid Waime to claim that Kabogo’s Sea Cross Farm located in Kwale is a decoy for the contraband low quality eggs being imported in the country and sold in Mombasa, Kiambu, Nairobi and other areas.

Like many businesses in this country that cannot be traced to the politicians believed to own them, Sea Cross Farm denied any relation with Kabogo. The Farm also denied trading in low quality eggs. However, our sources have since gathered the Farm belongs to Kabogo’s brother Paul Kamau.

It is true, according to sources, that Sea Cross Farm eggs are the cheapest. This is said to be as a result of the expansive Farm owning thousands of layers, thus benefits from economies of scale which has made it be able to sell eggs at a price lower than the other traders in the market.

Rough estimates has it that the Farm produces 50,000 eggs a day.

The blogger, oblivious to the danger of taking Kabogo head-on, has since been stuck in the country’s justice system, being processed at a snail speed. He has since spent close to one week at Shimo La Tewa Maximum security prison, sharing cell blocks with terrorists and other condemned lowlifes.

Mburu was charged with three counts of harmful publication contrary to section 66(1) of the Penal code. Other bloggers have been mute over his case because of the extra-ordinary circumstances surrounding the case. A renowned blogger told this writer that new entrants in Kenya’s blogosphere are cheapening blogging in Kenya by allowing themselves to be used in proxy political wars.

How To Avoid Collapses Like Imperial Bank & Uchumi

The collapse of Imperial Bank and imminent collapse of Uchumi could have been avoided if we learnt past lessons. In 1990’s, a company called Enron Corporation grew from zero to the 7th biggest company in the world in less than 10 years. When it imploded in 2004, it was found that its accounts had been manipulated by the top management with the connivance of its auditors, Arthur Andersen, then a global auditing giant, and the company’s lawyers. The company collapsed, the auditors folded up and many law firms involved closed. Those culpable went to jail and paid fines of hundreds of millions of dollars.

Back home, if a company is listed at NSE and later found that its books are cooked, the company’s management, Board, auditors and their lawyers ought to be held accountable, indicted and made to refund for all losses and shareholders investment. CMA should also blacklist all transaction advisers of a company that collapses within three years of listing.

It is only when professional accountability is called that companies in Kenya will never cook their accounts again. It is sad that we have seen or seeing the collapse of Imperial Bank, Kenya Airways, Transcentury Group, Uchumi et al yet they got and are listed at Nairobi Stock Exchange.

BREAKING: Raila MOVES to SEAL Malindi By-Election, TOP COAST Leaders Support ODM’s Willy Baraka Mtengo

ODM leadership in the Coast is not taking chances in Malindi. Raila Odinga Deputy Governor Ali Hassan Joho and Kilifi Governor Amason Kingi have taken charge of the campaigns. The two governors have rallied party stalwarts including Hon Aisha Jumwa, Hon Mishi Mboko to rally support for Willy Baraka Mtengo.

At a meeting with over 800 women at Hon Aisha’s residence in Kakuyuni, Malindi. Mr Sanga Barawa, Hassan Rashid, Justin Baya and Rashid Odhiambo who ran for the Malindi have all endorsed Willy Mtengo, the ODM candidate.

On Malindi, Coast leaders are leading from the front and reading from the same script. Raila Odinga is watching the foot soldiers take the battle to Jubilee. He is to join the trail soon. Those who picked Jubilee brown envelopes may have to return the money. The ground remains Orange.

BREAKING: Respected former NTV Journalist Yassin Juma RELEASED by Police WITHOUT CHARGE, Free At Last!

Respected journalist Yassin Juma walks out of Muthaiga police station with his index finger up showing Allah is ONE and GREAT great All the time.

For purposes of clarification raising the finger as seen here done by Yassin is not to say he supports KANU or a fundamentalist organisation its is a sign used by Muslims to show that they believe “God is one” And no other entity/being is as powerful, merciful and Magnificent as he is.

Yassin was today (Monday 25th Jan) taken to Kiambu law courts cells and back to Muthaiga police station without being charged and was later released.

The former Nation TV journalist was arrested on Saturday night over photos of the attack in El Adde, Somalia, that were posted on his blog and social media accounts.

Al Shabaab militants ambushed Kenya Defence Forces soldiers at a camp on January 15, killing dozens and reportedly capturing others.

Juma was grilled the following day after the arrest at his house in Donholm estate, Nairobi, by officers from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) headquarters.

The Anti-Terror Police Unit had trailed him for three days before he was apprehended.

An entry in the Occurrence Book, OB 52/23/01/2016, indicates he was accused of “misuse of communication gadgets”.
