Miguna reveals how Americans used Musalia to mess Raila swearing in

EXCERPT 2: TREASON; MIGUNA MIGUNA

What is wrong with MUDAVADI? Hehehe the dude is an arrogant coward?

…….The People’s Assembly rally in Homa Bay on January 27 was electric in more ways than one. To begin with, all the NASA principles attended, all dressed up in their NASA campaign uniforms. They danced to equally magnetic Ohangla tunes. The crowd was massive and celebratory. The mood and tone of the rally was triumphant. The leaders showed defiance. They had a façade of courage. They all dared the Jubilee regime to arrest them.
Then Raila gave a moving closing submission.
“Jothurwa,” he boomed in Luo, referring to the crowd as “Our people,” or “country men and women.”
“There is a lot of bitterness in the land,” he began, “On October 26, everyone boycotted Uhuru’s coronation ritual. You told the whole world that you have rejected Uhuru Kenyatta. Uhuru competed with Kenyatta, his father, and defeated Kenyatta. Only 3,500,000 people voted. He then inflated it to 7,500,000,” he went on. “We demanded that he must open the server but they refused. Our people, our experts, have entered the server from America. We entered the server, looked around and harvested the honey. We have seen how the IEBC altered the results…”
The crowd went wild, cheering, calling him Baba! Baba! Baba!

7

“Haya! Haya! Haya!,” he continued, “They know we defeated them (sic). We were in Kakamega, they brought a bible. We were in Machakos, they brought a bible. We were in Mombasa, they brought a bible. In Kilifi, they brought a bible. And here…” The crowd went wild. “Here,” he repeated, “Where is the bible?” He posed.
“ is the last supper of Jesus and his disciples. This is the last meeting. From here, we are going to eat the bible — at Uhuru Park. They threatened that they would hang me if I take the oath. Treason. Treason. Treason,” he continued as the crowd kept applauding.
“I’m saying here in Homa Bay: I’m ready to die. From August 8, 2017, the police have killed many of our supporters because they were fighting for their rights. They have killed Baby Pendo, Master Mutinda and Moraa Nyarangi. If it is life imprisonment or death for treason, I’m ready!”
Another wave of thunderous applause drowned his voice.
“I’m ready to offer you and Kenya the ultimate sacrifice!” He thundered.
“Haya! Haya! Haya!” He went on. “On January 30th, I’ll be at Uhuru Park and I will take the Bible. Everyone should come to Nairobi. Come with white handkerchiefs. It will be the biggest peaceful demonstration this country has ever seen. Jothurwa, I’ve grabbed the leopard’s tail…”
After a prolonged applause, Raila narrated a Luo allegory about a girl called Waganda. “Once upon a time,” he said. “There was a long terrible drought that affected the entire land. There was no water. The people faced a calamity. Then the elders visited a magician who told them that for rain to fall, they had to sacrifice a human being; a young girl. After deliberating on this subject, the elders chose a girl called Waganda as the one they would sacrifice for the rains to fall. She was to enter the lake for the crocodiles to eat her. So, on the appointed day, Waganda left the village singing: Gogo, garuma, Gogo, garuma; Waganda dhi, garuma; Mondo nyang’ ochame, garuma…Mondo koth ochwe, garuma. Gogo, garuma….” (“Fishing net, garuma; Waganda is going, garuma; So that a crocodile can eat her, garuma… So that it may rain, garuma; Fishing net, garuma…”)
He went on and on as sections of the crowd broke down and cried — literally. Torrents of tears.

8

When Raila was done, he declared that he would be Waganda. “I will sacrifice myself on January 30 if that is what is needed for us to be liberated!” It was a moving and powerful speech. His best, ever. And I exhaled. I felt, like thousands of others who watched Raila speak that day. I felt that we had crossed the red line and entered unchartered waters in our collective struggle for liberation. Or, maybe, that was just a feeling. A thought. An example of our collective irrational emotional exuberance.
Despite those strong and brave words, Raila returned from Homa Bay a conflicted man. When we met almost immediately after he had returned from Homa Bay, he told me that Kalonzo, Mudavadi and Wetang’ula were still not supporting the January 30 swearing in plans; that they would like to pursue dialogue. I was stunned.
Three weeks before the Homa Bay declaration — and before Muthama had peeled off — Raila had taken Orengo, Muthama, Wanjigi and I to Mudavadi’s Riverside secretariat and asked me to explain to Mudavadi, and convince him, of the strategic rationale for the swearing in. After I had reviewed the seven-page document with Mudavadi and responded to a barrage of questions, I said the following: “The struggle has reached a point where we must separate those who represent the status quo and those who would like to transform it; between conservatives and progressive radicals…”
“You see Miguna, I’m a conservative. I’m not a radical. I represent and value the status quo,” Mudavadi had said, cutting me off.

“How then do you expect to extract power from Uhuru and Ruto without a fight? Mheshimiwa, you gave Kenyans your word in Homa Bay, barely 24 hours ago. You gave your word to the country. You promised to go to Uhuru Park on January 30. You all stood there and swore to die for the country. You did so with your right hands over your hearts. This is the moment…” I tried to appeal to his base instincts.

He looked at me. Then at Raila. Then at Orengo and Wanjigi, before picking up a folder from his desk. “I’ve another meeting,” he said and left us in his office, never to return.[…]

All you need to know about independence hero C M G Argwings-Kodhek who was assassinated by KenyattaMboya axis of evil

By James Carlos Kilai

In 1963, Prime Minister Jomo Kenyatta appointed C M G Argwings-Kodhek an Assistant Minister for Defence.

Three years later, he was promoted to head the Ministry of Natural Resources and eventually in 1967 the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

He was a true hero of the independence movement whose personal sacrifice, determined resistance and unfailing courage are good examples for the youth.

Argwings-Kodhek was the first Member of Parliament for Gem in Siaya, serving from independence in 1963 to 1969.

He was a human rights’ lawyer based in Nairobi, where the bug of politics bit him shortly after returning to Kenya from London where he had graduated with a law degree.

He was the first Kenyan to qualify as a lawyer, be called to the bar in UK and open a law firm.

The colonial authorities branded him ‘a hot head’ for his activism and human rights campaigns for his defence of Mau Mau freedom fighters like Waruru Kanja (who later became Nyeri Town MP and Cabinet Minister), among other nationalists.

While working in Nairobi, CMG launched his own party, the Nairobi Congress Party, to fight it out with Tom Mboya’s Nairobi People’s Convention Party.

The initials CMG stood for Clement Michael George which he twisted to ‘Chiedo Moa Gem’.

Kodhek used the initials as a political nickname in his Dholuo language.

Chiedo Moa Gem literally means ‘fried – or cooked up – in Gem’ but his critics mistakenly accused him of being brainwashed by the British during his student days.

When Jaramogi Oginga Odinga left Kanu and founded the Kenya People’s Union in 1966, Kodhek stuck with Kanu.

He served as Foreign Minister for two years — 1967 to 1969 — until his death in a mysterious road accident at Kilimani, Nairobi on Wednesday January 29 1969 – exactly fifty years ago.

Today, the road bears his name.

It was a sad coincidence that Argwings-Kodhek died just months before his former rival, Thomas Joseph Odhiambo Mboya.

He was 46.

DP Ruto lacks numbers, 1.8m Kalenjin votes can only compete Joho, Kalonzo not Musalia

By Dan Kuka

It is fact undeniable that Ruto is a front runner , Year 2022. However, known factors might derail his chances . The recent events since the advent of the handshake spell Ruto as an appendage to the system . By system, I mean the state and deep state .

Get me well, Presidents come and go but the state remains . If you aren’t in good graces of the state, then your effort remains to be in great doubt . That’s what befell Raila Odinga . He won in 2007 and has been winning since then . That’s what happens when the state labels you as dangerous .
I do write this as a William Ruto supporter and sympathizer, but at times it is always good to approach things with an open mind and truth.

It isn’t well for the DP . Look at RAOs numbers and those of Uhuru. Look at their communities !. A Kikuyu voter is an unreliable political robot , they vote for and with fear. Even a dawa ya mende merchant will vote with this persuasion “Mali Yetu tanyakuliwa na RUTO, he is corrupt, grabber name it and they will point ar the many Kikuyus who lost property in Rift Valley back 2007/2008 “.

My point is this, that Kenya has two antagonistic communities . The Kikuyu, Power Hungry 😋 and the LUO, Violent Oppositionists . If these two decide to share power, Wewe na Musalia Mta do?. Remember this fact, Numbers don’t lie . Uhuru on his own, has 6 Million, Raila Odinga has more figures . If Ruto with his 1.8 Million from Rift Valley can have courage to discount the endorsement of the two then you must take notice that he isn’t having good brains around him.

When Deputizing someone , you only thing to do. Push the agenda and the script of your Boss. The moment you allow your associates to publicly undermine and discount your boss, you lose his graces and waters get deeper and higher .

STORM Online as Kenyans discover Hon Martha Karua is Luyha, daughter of Hon Musa Amalemba, former Ikolomani MP

Well, there was some fire online when Kenya’s reknown historian Dr Levi Opiyo revealed that Martha Karua’s father was Luyha and had served as MP for Ikolomani and also assistant minister. immediately Kenyans dug into photos of both Hon Karua and Hon Musa and booom, there was resembrance from the skin tone, the smile, teeth, nose, lips, eyes and yes politics !

Well, pundit Onyikwa had this to say:
Martha Karua and Githu Muigai share a lot more in common than most people realise. They are both fine legal minds and public figures too. They are both Kikuyus. Their biological dads ~ Musa Amalemba and Clement Lubembe ~ were both Luhyas. Both their Luhya fathers were from the Idakho sub tribe of the Abaluhya community. And both Amalemba and Lubembe are former MPs. Former MPs of the same constituency. That constituency is called Ikolomani. It therefore follows that if Bonny Khalwale, an Idakho who is a former Ikolomani MP has an ‘outgrower’ kid with a Kikuyu woman, the kid will grow to become a fine legal mind and public figure!

Here is Levi Opiyo post that went viral>>
By Levi Opiyo
The establishment of Riruta Satellite Town Nairobi in 1959 by the Minister for Housing Mr Musa Amalemba who was also Martha Karua’s father.

The satellite town was developed on an area of 247 acres of undulating heathland which was divided into 613 freehold residential plots for the erection of modern concrete houses with tapped water and electricity for lighting and cooking.

By Aug 1959, 74 houses had already built with prices varying from £273 to £650. Purchase loans were repayable over ten or fifteen years at an interest rate of 3 1/4 per cent.

In marked contrast to the old huts which were being demolished, the new houses had a concrete floor, stone plastered walls, a corrugated asbestos roof, and steel windows with glass and meshed wire

The new town, which was developed by the Dagoretti Development Board on behalf of the Kiambu African District Council, was also equipped with shops, a health centre, schools and two churches.

Miguna book reveals how genius Raila dodged swearing in and crafted the Handshake master piece, amazing!

EXCERPTS from TREASON by MIGUNA MIGUNA:

[…] During the central committee discussions on November 28 at the Ducit Hotel in Westlands with Raila, Muthama, Orengo, Wanjigi, Raila, Jr., Winnie and Joho, the latter had strongly recommended that the swearing in should be in Kilifi. He said that the Miji Kenda were warriors, just like the Turkana, Pokot or Samburu, and that if the police or any other state security agents tried to disrupt the event in Kilifi, “the Mijikenda would unleash hell fire on them.”
I was, therefore, surprised when Muthama woke me up on Sunday, December 9, at 7:30 a.m., and asked me to attend a meeting at his house at 10:30 a.m. Before that call, I had thought that Raila had once more, developed cold feet and cancelled the swearing in. NASA and ODM politicians tended to take cue from Raila. If Raila was tepid towards something, his minions in NASA would exhibit the same attitude. Essentially, nothing of significance occurred without Raila’s approval. NASA and ODM before it, were mere personal outlets.

Orengo arrived thirty minutes after me. I spent the next five hours drafting Raila’s inaugural speech and finalized the oath, which were reviewed, corrected and approved by Muthama and Orengo, after which we entered one of Muthama’s old Mercedes Benz vehicles and were driven out to a destination, which, up to that moment, I did not know. At about 3 p.m., the vehicle pulled outside Wanjigi’s Muthaiga mansion. Wanjigi welcomed us to one of his lounges where we watched soccer, ate lunch and reminisced. After about fifteen minutes, Winnie arrived. She did not look happy. I soon realized that we were supposed to swear Raila in at Wanjigi’s house that afternoon.

2

I asked for a printer and managed to print both the oath and speech. I had carried my commission stamp in my computer bag. We were all dressed in suits, as Muthama had asked us to do earlier. Although Wanjigi was not in a suit, I considered it a non-issue because we were in his home and he could change into one easily within minutes.
Raila, Jr. and his NASA TV crew had arrived earlier and set up their equipment in a separate wing of Wanjigi’s palatial home. At 3:30 p.m., Raila walked in, dressed in jeans, a casual shirt and sports jacket. He was on the phone.
We kept quiet and waited for him to finish. Thereafter, we greeted each other, he served himself food from the buffet, poured himself a cup of tea and started eating as he watched soccer. The Arsenal Football Club (Arsenal) was on TV. We all knew that when the Arsenal team was playing, Raila could not focus or hold any reasonable discussion outside cheering or criticizing the players. So, we waited for the game to end before engaging in any serious discussions.
When the Arsenal team finished playing, Orengo briefed Raila on the draft speech and oath. I handed Raila copies of both, which he glanced over quickly and made one minor correction, still distracted. I noticed that he did not actually read the speech up to the end. He placed a call and left the room, still speaking on his mobile phone.
It was now getting late and dark. Muthama, Orengo and I looked worried. Wanjigi was relaxed. Winnie was anxious. She could hardly sit still. But Raila seemed to be having a long discussion on the phone. After ten minutes of suspense, Orengo and Muthama left the room and walked on the grass towards the stone fence. Raila was standing about fifty metres away from them. Wanjigi, Winnie and I kept vigil inside the room.
“I don’t think he wants to be sworn in today,” Winnie said.
“Look at the way he is dressed,” she added.
After about ten minutes, Raila returned to the room where we were, with Muthama and Orengo following behind.

3

“Mudavadi and Weta are insisting that we postpone… They are going to address the media at Okoa Kenya just now,” Raila said, sounding as if that decision was made without his knowledge or approval.
As soon as he said that, Muthama passed me his mobile phone.
“Breaking news! Raila’s swearing in on December 12 has been postponed,” I read from the Nation mobile news alert. We looked at each other — Orengo, Jimmy and me. We were thunderstruck.
Muthama tried to support the postponement, but Wanjigi and I did not let him get far. Orengo was blowing hot and cold. Winnie said nothing in front of Raila.
Wanjigi was livid, or so I believed. He reminded Raila of the expectations of millions of his supporters.
Then Mudavadi, Wetang’ula and Makueni Governor, Kivutha Kibwana came on TV.
Mudavadi was reading a statement. We watched and listened: “Following extensive internal consultations and engagements with a wide range of national and international interlocutors, the Nasa leadership wishes to advise the Nasa fraternity and the general public that the swearing in of the Right Honourable Raila Amolo Odinga and His Excellency Stephen Kalonzo Musyoka as President and Deputy President of the Republic of Kenya and the People’s Assembly. Scheduled for Tuesday, December 12, have been postponed to a later date,” he said.
“So, how could Kivutha have known about the press conference and travelled all the way from Makueni if this was not planned? Why was I woken up at 7:30 a.m. and asked to spend hours preparing these,” I said placing the speech and oath on the table.
Raila was seated to my immediate left. Orengo was to my immediate right. “Why come all the way here if you knew that you would not go through with it?” I asked Raila. I was livid.
Raila tried to give us excuses, claiming that Mudavadi, Wetang’ula and Kivutha acted alone; that they only informed him minutes before they had addressed the media. He also informed us about the visit by the former

4

Nigerian President, Olusegun Obasanjo, whom he claimed had been sent to him by the African Union (AU). He said that he had told Obasanjo that he could not cancel the swearing in. I knew that Raila was peddling bald-faced lies. I would have believed him if only Mudavadi, Wetang’ula or Kibwana had addressed the press from their private offices or homes — individually. But the press conference we were watching on TV was jointly being addressed by two of Raila’s co-principles with Kibwana representing Kalonzo who was still in Germany. It was held at the OKOA Kenya office in the presence of Raila’s fifth columnists like Ndii, Ong’wen and Ole Kina.
As we were departing from Wanjigi’s home that evening — crestfallen — Raila beckoned to me.
“JaNyando,” he said sheepishly, as he held my hand and walked towards his Toyota V8 vehicle. He opened the left rear door and said, “You see?,” pointing at three suit bags, presumably with suits inside. “You see?” he repeated. “I had my suits ready. I was ready to be sworn in,” he said then he was driven away.
“He is lying,” Winnie blurted, walking towards me.
“He would never wear those suits for the swearing in ceremony, or to any important function. That was a ruse. Dad never wanted to be sworn in…”
The December 9 debacle at Wanjigi’s house reminded me of the colourful press conference at the OKOA Kenya centre that Ndii, Ong’wen, Ole Kina and Akala had addressed on December 2, loudly declaring that, “Raila Odinga’s swearing in is on course,” and that they were “sending out invitations to guests who would attend the event at a location to be announced later.”
I had considered the December 2 press conference to constitute enough evidence that Raila was involved in a duplicitous plan. Aside from the fact that Ndii, Ong’wen, Ole Kina and Akala were not members of the central committee, I had never attended any meeting with them where the swearing in plans were discussed. Moreover, the central committee had resolved to gun for a public event and only resort to a private one if the risks to life of participants would be such that it would not make sense to proceed with a

5

public event. But even for a private function, we had agreed not to publicly announce the program, or issue invitation cards.
Perhaps they forgot that a swearing in ceremony for a president is a public — not a private function. And that if we were going to do it properly, it would have to be an open event that was accessible to everyone who wanted to attend. The People’s President could not hide from the very people he was seeking to lead. The only exception would be if or when the State security agents were ordered to disrupt, stop or sabotage it.
The NRMKe team had proposed that if we were unable to conduct the function in a public space such as Uhuru Park in Nairobi, which was the preferred venue, then we could do it at a Kenyan Embassy in Ghana or Tanzania. The second option was to hold it either in Kakamega, or Kilifi, or Mombasa. But we had never discussed or contemplated announcing our plans for a secret swearing in ahead of time. Not once.
However, when Orengo told me that Raila had asked him to speak with Magufuli, who opposed our swearing in plans, that had eliminated Tanzania from being a potential venue. According to Orengo, Magufuli believed that leadership was “a gift from God” and that if God had not given Raila that gift, there was no reason to pursue our plans and that Raila should forget about being sworn in as The People’s President.
In other words, Magufuli was of the view that God did not want Raila to be the president of Kenya. I found such statements to be outrageous. God had not manipulated the August 8, 2017 general election.
God had not established a weak IEBC, threatened and/or bribed its commissioners and secretarial staff. It was not God who had threatened the Kenyan judiciary. God was not guilty of switching off the IEBC kiems kits, infiltrating and posting altered numbers on the IEBC server, nor was God responsible for refusing to give access to the IEBC server as had been ordered by the Supreme Court of Kenya.
If Magufuli believed that leaders were born, I thought, then he was as backward as Donald J. Trump and other climate change/global warming deniers; people who believed in myths rather than science and empiricism. Those kinds of people would also believe in the caste system; that God created a few people to rule and the overwhelming majority to serve the rulers; that God made slaves and those who claimed to own them.
Such people also believed in the myth about “Africa’s curse.” They believed, irrationally, that God must have created Africa and Africans with low IQs, hence Africa’s military, economic, technological, scientific and economic backwards. Rather than seeing these as man-made, the myth makers believed that it was “God’s will.” […]

No vehicles in Nairobi CBD on Wednesday and Saturday beginning February 1st orders Government

A standstill is expected in Nairobi, this comes after the government on Monday announced that beginning February 1 this year, no vehicle will be allowed in the Nairobi Central Business District on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

In a press briefing in Nairobi, Transport Principal Secretary Paul Maringa said the two days have been designated as car-free days to allow the national government try out the much-hyped bus rapid transport (BRT) system.

Only individuals with bicycles, police vehicles and emergency cars will be allowed into the city centre on the two days.

Hawkers will, however, be allowed to take over the streets for the entire two days and sell their items on the numerous parking lots in the city centre.

According to the PS, matatu operators will drop and pick passengers at the designated termini, while private car owners have been advised to leave their vehicles at home and use public transport on the two days.

The government says 64 high-capacity buses will be imported from South Africa for the BRT pilot programme.
