A Jubilee MP caused a stir at a funeral in Nandi county when he said Cord leader Raila Odinga’s votes will be stolen to ensure he does not get power even if he wins next year’s polls.

“There is no need to waste time voting for him because he cannot win and if he wins, his votes will be stolen,” Aldai MP Cornelly Serem said. He said he would rather Raila backs someone else. Serem was speaking during the burial of Grace Kisia, mother of former Nairobi town clerk Philip Kisia. ANC Leader Musalia Mudavadi, Funyula MP Paul Otuoma, former Nairobi Mayor George Aladwa, NPSC chairman Johnston Kavuludi and politician Stanley Livondo were present.

Serem said Raila should consider backing Mudavadi. “I want to tell my friend Aladwa and Otuoma that we have tried to support Raila many times, but it is impossible for him to win elections. We are not to blame because even if he wins, the votes will be stolen,” he said.

Serem said in his culture, a bull that does not perform is taken to the market. He said Raila should quit active polls because he has tried his best in vain. Aladwa said: “I said it in Nairobi that if the polls will be rigged next year, then my position is wellknown.” He said Jubilee is “our common enemy”.

Breaking: Moses Kuria asks Ann Waiguru to implicate CORD leaders in NYS scam

Moses Kuria has said he will name Cord leaders in the Sh791 million NYS scandal if former Devolution CS Anne Waiguru does not do so in two weeks.

The Gatundu South MP said Waiguru has sufficient time to name 52 Jubilee and Cord MPs in a list of those involved, and “say all she has to say” regarding the scandal.

“Jubilee leaders will in the next two weeks focus on voter registration. In that duration, Waiguru should step out and name everyone involved in the National Youth Service scandal,” he said.

Kuria furtheraccused Waiguru, who mentioned several leaders in her damning affidavit , of being impartial in the naming.

He spoke during a fundraiser at Hope of Life Family Church in Githurai, Nairobi, on Sunday.

Ruiru MP Esther Gathogo said that the wave of corruption allegations against Jubilee leaders is a ploy by the Opposition to keep supporters from registering as voters.

Gathogo cautioned the public against politicians bent on “using and dumping them when their corrupt deeds are uncovered”.

“It is true that there is corruption in the country but not to the extent that the Opposition might want Kenyans to believe,” she added.

The Member of Parliament asked Nairobi residents not to elect Waiguru governor in the 2017 general election.

Waiguru formally confirmed her interest in the seat on February 15 following an endorsement by 200 women, drawn from the city’s 17 constituencies.

“Why should you elect someone who could not finish her term due to corruption allegations? That only means that if elected governor she will not finish her term,” Gathogo said.

Waiguru resigned in November 2015 , following claims of corruption in her ministry. She cited poor health and requested President Uhuru Kenyatta to assign her lighter duties.

Gathogo asked a businesswoman cum hairdresser who accused the former CS of being at the centre of the NYS scam to speak out fearlessly.

“Josephine Kabura is a hustler like any other Kenyan. I urge her to speak out on all she knows,” she said.

The MP apologised for saying she would strip naked in Waiguru’s support.

“I am deeply embarrassed at my earlier comments. I apologise to anyone who was offended especially my family,” she said.

Polisi aliyehara kwenye compound ya Besigye akamatwa na polisi

Kampala, Uganda.

Now, this is what happens when you task  police officers to stay outside Kiiza Besigye’s home keeping an eye oh his movements without providing them with toilets.

News reaching us is that, Police have arrested their own police officer – Mugabe Titus who last night used Col.Dr Besigye’s compound as a toilet and defecated on it.

“Its true our fellow police officer was arrested last night for easing himself in Besigye’s compound as a toilet,(though at night) and he will be charged with misconduct” Fred Enanga, police spokesperson.

Over 30 armed police officers have since 20th Feb been deployed at Besigye’s home, and currently he is still blocked from accessing any services beyond his compound.

According to a police source, where as these police men were tasked to keep at Besigye’s home, the y have no toilets and almost all of them still use the neighbouring bushy area and Besigye’s compound as their toilets and the place is now staganant with many flies ,stinking and smelling like hell.

Photos: Chaos rock Kariobangi as Jubilee tries to import voters from Central Kenya

One person from Kiambu was critically injured in Kariobangi North Estate on Monday morning after members of the Kikuyu community clashed with their Luo counterparts over the ongoing voter registration exercise.

Chaos started after supporters of CORD leader, Raila Odinga, claimed that Embakasi North MP, James Gakuya, is ‘importing voters from Central Kenya and registering them secretly at Marurui Primary School and Marvic Hotel.

The supporters said that on Friday last week, Gakuya brought more than 500 youths from Central Kenya that registered as voters.

Kariobangi North is a CORD stronghold but residents fear that the importation of voters from Central Kenya may make the region a Jubilee stronghold.

My life is in danger – Waiguru claims Duale and Murkomen are after her

Former Devolution Cabinet Secretary, Anne Waiguru, has recorded a statement with the police today claiming that her life is in danger.

Waiguru, who is the chief suspect in the National Youth Service (NYS) corruption vortex, also wrote to the CID claiming that some senior Government leaders are planning to assassinate her after she linked them to the NYS scandal where Kenyan taxpayers lost Sh 791 million.

Waiguru, in an affidavit that she filed at the EACC last week, linked Leader of Majority in Parliament, Aden Duale, Treasury Cabinet Secretary, Henry Rotich, and Elgeyo Marakwet Senator, Kipchumba Murkomen, to the NYS scandal claiming that the three were involved in siphoning money from NYS.

Polices sources say Waiguru named Duale and Murkomen as the two leaders who have been threatening her after she linked them to the scandal.

Waiguru said she wants the Government to protect her because some corrupt leaders in the Jubilee Government may harm her and her family.

Waiguru, who resigned from her position last year, is said to be working with opposition leaders in unmasking all the Jubilee leaders who were involved in NYS looting.

SCANDAL: ‘Man’ masquerades as beauty queen, Crowned Miss ‘WORLD’ Kisii County

They say Kisiis are award winning masters of fakery and fraud. According to ‘others’, a Kisii can do whatever it takes as long as he gets what he wants. Just recently, a Kisii man was discovered to have worked as a police officer for more than 22 years with fake identity. In fact, Mr. Nelson Omwenga Nyakundi passed the Kavuludi vetting board with flying colours, only for his cover to be blown by his neighbour in the village.

Just recently, Miss Kenya Kisii University was crowned. Nonetheless, the queen regarded as Kisii University’s finest has raised more questions than answers as to whether she deservs the title or not. People have made all sorts of fun of her especially in the social media.

Others have said that this is a masquerade who is dressed as a lady to steal the title – which according to them, ‘she’ has successfully bagged it. People have already started calling for investigations to be done to uncover the man behind the title.

However, fashion experts like Israel Robert Burale say the basic intentions of beauty pageants focuses not only on the physical beauty of contestants, though such contests also incorporate personality, intelligence, talent, and answers to judges’ questions as judged criteria.

Mr President,

I am a father to a 6 year old girl and 2 years old boy. Last year I had an experience with my daughter that I will not forget.

My daughter’s bicycle had been faulty for a period and she kept on requesting that I fix it. My response every time she made the request was. “I will do it”. This went on for sometimes until one day I came home and I found my little girl with pliers trying to fix the bicycle. I was very embarrassed. I had failed in my responsibilities as a dad and the message that I communicated indirectly to her was “you are on your own “. You can be sure that I did not rest that evening until I fixed the bike.

You might be wondering where I am going with this story. Figuratively speaking you are the father of the nation. That is why on the 9th April 2013, Kenyans and the world at large watched as you were given the instruments of power to lead our country. You need to ask your press team for the video of the swearing in ceremony so that you see how excited and optimistic Kenyans were on that day.

Fast forward to three years of your leadership and Kenya lies like my daughter’s bicycle on the balcony. Kenyans for a period now have been requesting their “father” to fix the “bicycle”. Unfortunately Mr. President, what we have heard from you is “I will fix it”. You have said this very many times until we no longer take you serious. The message is clear WE ARE ON OUR OWN.

I know the argument will be, this bicycle cannot be repaired by you alone and that each one of us has a role to play. To some extent I agree but just as a reminder the instruments of power are only in one person hands and that is you Mr. President. You can imagine how hopeless we feel when the person we expect to show the way does not seem to know the way either. The other day while driving behind a matatu I saw this sticker “do not follow me I am also lost”. Listening to your speech yesterday while addressing the water students in Israel it is clear that the forest is too thick and even our leader is not sure what to do.

The major defect on the bicycle is “corruption”. We were very excited when you read a statement and spoke tough when unveiling the list of shame. What we did not know is that this was just another ploy to delude the Kenyans that something is being done. Nothing came out of the list of shame but instead corruption seems to have been fuelled. Even after our pleas and cries for the president to do something, what we got instead is a rebuke from you that the bicycle is doing okay.

Mr. President how does it feel to see the billions being stolen and yet Kenyatta national hospital patients are sharing beds? How does it feel when a farmer in Mumias cannot take their children to school because the sugar industry has collapsed while sugar barons known to the authorities are importing cheap sugar? I can go on and on.

Because of the failure of the national government to tackle corruption, the county governments are on a looting spree. CDF is being misused because the MPs now know who is to blame for lack of development in their constituencies. All this coupled with politics of succession both at the national and county level is slowly gliding the country to a halt.

The independence of constitution commission mandated to fight corruption cannot be used as an excuse of your lack to act. You are the President. The buck stops with you. For your information Mr. President, I am an ardent supporter of your government. I pray for you every day. The challenge however is that the little hope left on your capability to transform this country is waning fast.
Please do something.

A high ranking officer of the National Government told me this authoritatively on Friday night: “The President is not going to Kisii. I serve in his government and I am telling you take that to the bank.”

I was stunned for I knew how the Kisii County Government led by Governor James Ongwae and ordinary Abagusii, were looking forward to welcoming and hosting the head of state.

The County Government clearly reckoned President Kenyatta’s attendance and address would be the crowning moment of the popular three-day Kisii Entrepreneurship Summit at Kisii University.

Why? I asked. “You expect the President to close a meeting that was opened by Raila (Odinga)? Presidents don’t close meetings opened by opposition figures,” came the agitated reply. I clammed up.

It was useless volunteering or reminding that the opposition kingpin made the key note address but the opening speech was read by an Industrialisation PS on behalf of his CS.

I was still trying to process this protocol conundrum when I was asked why governors address each other as Your Excellency and why their wives are addressed as First Ladies.

That told me there lingers bitterness in the National Government at governors for appearing to rival the President. As the conversation ended, I told myself that ordinary Abagusii would understand only that the President did not visit them because they voted for the opposition.

I also understood the President’s no show to be a message to non-Jubilee governors: “You cannot have a bit of the President and a bit of Raila.” But since you cannot separate the people from their governors, this amounts to punishing them for exercising their democratic right.

Last, observers may now see why the nine Members of the National Assembly from Kisii County gave the summit a wide berth. The MPs would appear to be keen to back attempts at undermining the leadership of the devolved unit.

Presidential communiques used to be well thought out, coherent and succinctly crafted to give a clear position of the officialdom on a given issue or development. All serious press shops vet, filter and disseminate coherent material to media houses. Having said that, one senior Statehouse mouth piece decided to unleash what can only be described as a half-baked, grammatically wanting, unprofessional communique directed to the person of Raila Odinga. Munyori Buku, a long time Presidential aide, crafted the infamous ‘response’ to the opposition leader and as if on cue, Kenyans of goodwill, went to work on the preposterous piece. And to them, I say good job! It’s my turn.

For starters, the writer, plunges into the gutter with colourful language that is fit for inebriated sailors than political leaders. He goes on to liken the Right honourable Prime Minister of the Republic of Kenya to a warthog! The last time I checked, the executive’s official domicile should always represent what’s good about us not what’s nasty and filthy about us. The writer’s disrespectful lingo and metaphors throws that unwritten rule right into the dustbin.

He lurches onto what appears to be gist of his piece by bemoaning RAO’s call for the resignations of those adversely mentioned in corruption. Munyori is not happy with an opposition leader’s call for accountability. He wants Raila to sit and watch corrupt individuals loot the country’s coffers empty. Instead of thanking Raila for unearthing the NYS scandal, Mr Buku chooses to regurgitate political throwbacks that were litigated and decided eons ago!

And what are Munyori’s ‘bombshells’ to counter RAO’s charges? You guessed it! Wetangula’s BAT case! Nevermind that BAT issue was debunked and settled way back in the 19th century! He then slides in Martha Karua’s name with a cheap slight as “Odinga’s new catch.” I will leave the misogynistic connotations for another day, but its obvious that the BAT issue is a Tony Blair ploy to curry favor with his new client and it doesn’t take a genius to add one plus one. Nice try anyway.

Since this was a Jubilee political hit job, it wouldn’t have been complete without mentioning the name of their current target, Governor Ali Hassana Joho! Munyori blindly dives into the deep end of the allegations levelled against the companies linked to the Joho family and castigates RAO for defending his deputy! How that is a crime, remains a mystery to me. No court of law has decided that Joho is guilty of any crime and I don’t see anything wrong with RAO standing with his deputy. The last time I checked, this is supposed to be a free country! Unless Munyori has other ideas.

He goes on to state correctly that “the Nairobi Governor was alleged to have given a Supreme court judge a mind boggling Ksh 200 million to save himself from an election petition.” The word ‘allege’ has never and will never mean guilt and if Mr Buku has invented his own custom-made Constitution he should say so. On this one too, RAO was in order when he said that they should let the law take its course. What’s wrong with that statement? Buku appears to establish separate rules for RAO and he seems to use those rules as a shillelagh against the person of RAO. Tough luck sir.

By choosing to engage in this misguided diatribe, Mr Buku appears to be gagging the leader of opposition. In case he missed the memo, its incumbent on the opposition to play the watchdog and keep the government on its toes. What the so called senior director is doing is essentially attacking the opposition for doing its job.

It’s absolutely in order for RAO to call for Duale and Rotich to resign. Duale is a star in a major corruption scandal and Rotich is the custodian of the nation’s purse. When the purse starts leaking, Rotich must be held accountable. Mr Buku wants the opposition to turn a blind eye or look the other way. Not a chance.

Lastly, I am embarrassed that Statehouse has a department known as “Pubic Communication” (sic). The writer refers to himself as the “Senior Director” of that department. No wonder, Kenyans are being inundated with gibberish!

Fellow Kenyans, IFMIS is a big scam. IFMIS looting began by Anne Waiguru when she was its Director and Uhuru Kenyatta was then Minister for Finance.

Waiguru gave the IFMIS tender to her friend and relative Mr. Karani Nyamu and Karani’s partner Mr. Luke Ouko. Karani and Luke owned two companies, Verve K. O. Ltd and Zinga Technologies that were both awarded projects interchangeably at Treasury amounting to over Ksh3 billion.

The projects were single sourced. Once Waiguru became CS, she also awarded same companies work at her ministry departments including Huduma Centres Ksh600 million (BI & Analytics project). She brought in Linksoft for ERP project worth sh800 million.

Waiguru also arm-twisted KRA to award Verve K. O. Ltd project for BI & Analytics for Ksh700m. Kenyans, if you recall the Aston Martin car that Waiguru’s son posted on Instagram driving belonged to one of the Verve K.O directors. Kenya is in total crisis.

The executive, the Legislature, the Judiciary and all sectors have become a hub of corruption and the home of thievery. The Kenyans taxpayer has been raped severally and bruised so badly. All UHURU can do is to insult and shut those who stand to fight against corruption.

Uhuru cannot stand firm in Kenya and repeat the same words he uttered in Israel. This is because it involves his friends, his cronnies and his close associates. He would rather speak in low tones, jokingly as if it’s normal…..as if it is what Kenyans want..a Kenyan lifestyle.

While poverty is killing kenyans, UHURU jokes and laughs about it in a foreign land.

Parliament, the executive and the Judiciary remain the epicenter for corruption. To members of parliament, treachery, false mirage claims, votebuying, voting in passing wrong laws for money sake depicts how one is a smart hero. Some cabinet secretaries,are the kings and queens of corruption with assured protection from statehouse. And it is all normal!

William Ruto has been running with bags of monies all over the country, distributing it to politicians who value their pockets more than serving Kenyans, and it is OK in Kenya. It is OK for William Ruto and UHURU KENYATTA to buy politicians because the politicians, just like prostitutes, have no self esteem. UHURU will not ask. He will not only go after Kenyans who speak out, but will place Justus Atuti in the wanted list just because he dares question. But he will open his mouth in a foreign land and speak garbage.

Yes. UHURU will sit down, package NYS, stock it with billions and strategically place his friends to rob it and endup in his pocket for campaigns so he can retain his seat in 2017. And to Uhuru, it is ok. Kenyans love it. They won’t complain because after all, they are all thieves…professional thieves infact.

And am told another scandal is on the way..where Housing is being pulled out of The Lands Ministry to another completely unrelated ministry..because money has been pumped there, and KENYATTA and Ruto must place it strategically where they can rob it and Kenyans will rant and accept and carry on.

Yes. Uhuru will pay the Judiciary billions to declare him president…and he dares go to a foreign land to tell the world how corrupt Kenya is…and brag about it…and shout out how professional we have become….

Yes. Anne Waiguru will rob our nation. And KENYATTA will praise her as the most hard working cabinet secretary…yes..hard working in theft and coverup.yes…very professional and smart in robbery and then turning to whistle blow to hoodwink Kenyans, who are obviously vulnerable.

TRIBAL ANIMOSITY, SEGREGATION AND HATE

UHURU creates public offices by firing those who can’t toe and won’t toe his line, and replace them with his tribesmen. And Ruto follows suit. Both in their arrogance and in pride. And yes.Kenyans like Justus Atuti will shout to deaf ears….and UHURU will respond by saying…”wait for your own time…”.

Kenya has become a cow that everybody who has an opportunity to milk, milks dry without even the courtesy of feeding it for tomorrow…and he says….”Kenya is a nation of tribalism and hate…” How foolish…..how foolish of Kenyatta….to champion and plant tribalism. Plant it in the darkness and come in the light cursing it…how stupid of Kenyatta….to serialize Kenyans on tribal lineage and pretend that all is well!How foolish….How stupid…..How a hypocrite…! Uhuru, your father did the same…at independence. You, the son, to do the same in the 21st century? What a shame…! What a barbaric way, when all other nations are competing in the global village, you are busy looting your people and sagging them deeper into poverty!

The Silent Competition WAR Mombasa Governor Hassan Joho is WINNING with Little Effort

Ever wondered why Mombasa senator Hassan Omar has not set foot in Malindi to campaign for CORD candidate Wily Mtengo? I bet the last time you saw Nyali MP Hon Awiti is during Uhuru’s 7 week camping tour in Mombasa in December January.

Well, it turns out Mombasa county deputy governor Hazel Katana was secretly enlisted by Statehouse operatives to help Jubilee gain a foothold in Mombasa county and also to join forces with ODM rebels in Kilifi to support their candidate Philip Charo. Madam Katana has gone MIA, she has not been in her office for two weeks now.

Despite her Jubilee leanings, Governor Joho, a true democract has not raised a finger, she still enjoys all perks corresponding to her position. It is however clear that in 2017 Joho will have to find another running mate.

Another person missing in action in the battlefront of Malindi by-election is the Nyali MP Hon Hezron Awiti, a quasi literate with ambition of becoming the governor of the county of Mombasa in 2017. The last time Awiti was seen in a public event is when he hosted President Uhuru in his Nyali constituency, in the event he caused laughed mainly due to his despicable Language skills-somebody advise him stick to Swahili.

Awiti doesnt have what it take to mount a successful bid for governor, if anybody can pause some challenge to Governor Joho is Senator Omar Hassan. It is obvious the senator is in competition with the governor. The senator may have been misled, by giving the the Malindi by-election a wide berth he has missed out publicity leading to many questioning his steadfastness in CORD family.

Senator Hassan could have successfully challenged Joho, BUT since governor stood firm against president Uhuru and also his steady-fastnesses in matters ODM has endeared him well to the electorate making even many consider him the most popular coast politician and by extension the Muslim community.

By just being steadfast in ODM and also giving his total best in Malindi never mind the frustrations he is facing from the Uhuru regime, Governor Joho has managed to crush his competitors even before they announce their intentions.

As Uhuru’s Jubilee IMPLODES, CORD MUST now Move in for THE KILL

As the Jubilee government continues to engage in political cannibalism, CORD must now cash in on the opportunity by advancing a more progressive and coherent agenda for Kenya. To that end, Jubilee continues to leave behind big and obvious corruption footprints that CORD can use as stencils for drawing glaring contrasts.

For a regime that is known for excellent PR stunts, the events that have dominated the news cycles in the last couple of days are downright shocking. But its not CORD’s business to ‘feel their pain.’ Its time for CORD to go for the jugular. And here is the way to go about it.

The President gave CORD the platform and its incumbent on CORD to build on it. By referring to Kenyans as thieves and bandits, the President gave the most succinct indictment of his administration. The next banner CORD puts up must feature the President’s quote or the next television or TV ad from the opposition must feature the infamous clip with a follow up question to the effect that: “why give him five more years ?”

CORD must leverage on the intra-coalition battle between TNA and URP to drive up the narrative of incoherence and a classic case of “the left hand has no clue what the heck the right hand us doing!” Just a few weeks ago, the President and his deputy invited Jubilee affiliated politicians to Statehouse for a strategy session where they unveiled the new look JAP as their 2017 reelection vehicle. CORD must remind the voters that a house thus demented, cannot purport to lead.

CORD must keep the cameras focused on WSR because the whole world knows that the teetotaller loves the press and even during these trying times, the bellicose leader still acts tough. But conventional wisdom counsels that a narcissist chest thumps to hide a key weakness. Even in defeat and a position of weakness, the DP will still give ironically infamous performances. The Kericho rallies are giving the voters a front row seat to the embarrassing meltdowns.

CORD must disseminate campaign and policy literature to all marquee leaders. Jubilee is weak and these latest scandals are distracting them from Realpolitik. It’s time for CORD to mortify them by highlighting the failed promises and in return offer workable alternatives that are economically feasible.

The opposition outfit should move with speed to patch up any areas of weakness in its house and then drive further wedges in the ruling coalition by clandestinely partnering with some of the feuding factions in order to widen the rifts and watch them annihilate each other while CORD solidifies its base.

A vigilant team must be sent to monitor voter registration across the country and give live updates to CORD’s strategic election team for staff mobilization and resource redistribution. Low performing areas must be reset while uber-performing areas can be asked to send volunteers to the struggling areas. CORD must always assume that Jubilee is hitting its targets.

Lastly, CORD must spend serious currency on advertising. The President’s video is a rare gift that any campaign would kill for. CORD must immortalize the clip by producing an attack advertisement featuring the President telling the whole world that he has failed. It’s a rare gem that even Jubilee’s veteran propagandists have no response to. It’s a political godsend. The whole country must be made aware that the president went abroad and ‘spoke his mind.’ The advertisement must be translated in all dialects for those upcountry to understand just how highly the President of Kenya thinks about them.
This is CORD’s golden opportunity. It’s all there CORDASHIANS, go for it!

Raila Odinga: Hon Duale, Senator Murkomen and Treasury CS Rotich MUST RESIGN

The National Youth Service corruption saga that the top Jubilee leadership defended as clean, pro-youth and part of the grand plan to develop the country and create jobs has now come out to be grand corruption and theft we always said it was.

Its architects have named some of its once fierce defenders as among those who either benefitted from the scheme directly or abetted the grand theft through acts of omission and commission.

Some elected leaders and members of the Executive who were vocal in praise of the NYS appear to have worked for individuals and firms that did shady business with the same institution. This presents a serious case of conflict of interest and raises integrity questions that go against the Leadership and Integrity provisions of the Constitution.

National Assembly Majority Leader Aden Duale, Senate Deputy Majority Leader Kipchumba Murkomen and Treasury Cabinet Secretary Henry Rotich fall in this category of public officers who have been mentioned to have benefitted directly or indirectly and also abetted this theft from Kenyans.

Hon Duale, Senator Murkomen and Mr. Rotich now have to resign from their appointive positionsuntil their role in this saga is thoroughly investigated and established.

Everyone is entitled to a fair trial in Kenya and these men should certainly get one.

By acts of commission or omission, these leaders have shattered the confidence and trust of the Kenyan people. They need to be held to account for that. The best thing they can do for the country is to resign and pave way for investigations.

Recent court rulings in alleged corruption cases against governors will allow Hon Duale and Senator Murkomen to retain their elective positions as Garissa Township MP and Elgeyo-Marakwet Senator respectively.

But they have to get out of the appointive positions.

If you are paid to represent majority of Kenyans in the National Assembly and Senate, to fight for them and to solve their problems, you cannot use that privilege to instead rip off the same Kenyans and continue to use your positions and resources made available to you by virtue of those positions, to defend yourself and rubbish those who have named you as Hon Duale and Sen Murkomen are doing. The same goes for Mr Rotich.

The elected leaders mentioned in the NYS scam share a thread arrogance and holding of citizens in extreme low esteem.Hon Duale has treated this country to the sad comedy of promising to name sympathizers and financiers of terrorism in Kenya, a promise he has not kept to date; while terrorists continue to kill hundreds of Kenyans.

A failure by the Jubilee government to demand the resignation of these senior parliamentary leaders and the Treasury boss will push the Government down a new low.The breach of trust and impunity cannot be allowed to run forever.

Leadership must be by example and must carry responsibility. This country is better than what these leaders have displayed and it deserves better than those who have proven to be out of their depth and incapable of upholding the integrity their positionsdemand.
Moreover, the rules in the fight against corruption must be applied equally and in a predictable manner. Other Cabinet secretaries have been made to resign out of allegations of involvement in corruption. The law that was applied in the cases of Charity Ngilu, Kazungu Kambi, Felix Koskei, Davis Chirchir and Michael Kamau must apply in the case of NYS and its suspects.

1) Seven Seas Technologies Ltd which is owned by Mike Macharia, Mike Njeru’s media firm, Angela Angwenyi’s media firm, Mutahi Ngunyi’s consultancy firm, Anne Waiguru and TNA side of the coalition;

2).Ben Gethi and his alleged network that included Hon Murkomen, Farouk Kibet and persons affiliated to William Ruto and URP side of the coalition.

Seven Seas Technologies Ltd stole billions of shillings through Huduma Centre’s projects. I suspect the sh54 billion Eurobond that was purportedly given to Planning Dept may have be stolen via Seven Seas Technologies Ltd.

Former Radio presenter Angela Angwenyi’s PR firm was fraudulently paid sh90 million by NYS for no services rendered.

Mutahi Ngunyi’s consultancy firm was paid over sh90 million for no work done.

Mike Njeru’s media firm was paid millions of shillings for no work done.

Over 52 MPs obtained tenders and Payments fraudulently from NYS. Who is protecting Mike Macharia of Seven Seas, Mike Njeru, Angela Angwenyi, Mutahi Ngunyi and Anne Waiguru? Of course it is top State House operatives and TNA side of the coalition.

The URP side of Jubilee coalition that looted via Ben Gethi are being prosecuted.

Anyway, party politics aside, ALL those INVOLVED in this FRAUD MUST be prosecuted and jailed irrespective of their party affiliations, status, race or faith. Kenya is bleeding!!!

WHY I SLAPPED and PUNCHED Hon Murkomen at Wilson Airport- Hon Ng’eno EXPLAINS

Emurua Dikirr MP Johana Ng’eno on Friday admitted having slapped Elgeyo-Marakwet Senator Kipchumba Murkomen at the Wilson Airport VIP lounge.

Mr Nge’no said he fought back after Mr Murkomen charged at him.

“I was defending myself,” he told the Saturday Nation over the phone.

Mr Ng’eno said he had exchanged harsh words with Mr Murkomen after he jokingly asked the senator about Sh10 million that was said to be in one of the helicopters headed to Kericho.

Deputy President William Ruto is leading campaigns in the region for the Jubilee candidate for the Senate by-election, Mr Aaron Cheruiyot.

Mr Ng’eno said trouble started when he jokingly asked Mr Murkomen whether he was transporting the cash he had “allegedly looted from the National Youth Service (NYS) to bribe Kericho voters”.

However, Mr Murkomen dismissed the claims, saying he was beyond physical fights. “I am not the type who can fight. I have gone to school and I know there are better ways to fight,” he said over the phone.

Mr Ng’eno said Mr Murkomen and all individuals mentioned in the NYS scandal must resign.

Langata is a constituency with unique needs across its five wards of Karen, Nyayo Highrise, Mugumo-ini, Nairobi West and South C. It is also a constituency in which the wealthiest and the poorest are resident. All of Nairobi’s social classes domicile in Langata. It also has a national park, an airport and very powerful resident associations.

The reported interest by DP William Ruto in this constituency is based many factors, but we all know which one is most important to him; the controversial Weston Hotel. However, the DP is also a resident of Langata both officially as Deputy State President and also as a home owner in plush Karen area. But this does not give him any leeway in deciding the next MP for Langata.

Apart from a lacklustre modelling career before joining the civil service as DP Ruto’s lapdog, Nixon Korir is largely unknown, save for emerging runners up in the 2013 elections where the CORD vote was divided among five candidates running on affiliate parties. A laidback Joash Olum, who did not hold a single campaign rally, still emerged the winner by virtue of having “won” the ODM ticket. However, ODM remains alive to the fact that DP Ruto has held a series of meetings with Kalenjins living in Nairobi and specifically implored upon them to register in Langata so as to make Nixon Korir an MP.

In other words, whoever clinches the ODM ticket among the following, voter importation notwithstanding, will be a clear frontrunner to be the next MP for Langata. Hon Olum is likely to be judged on the basis of his ending term and signs are that it will be a tall order for him to win the ODM ticket again let alone the Langata parliamentary seat.

From where we seat as stakeholders; we can observe that long time ODM activists Ahmed Papa, Adhiambo Adhiambo, Jacob Ouma Dundos Jobby, start as favourites – in that order – to win the ODM ticket. Papa especially has an enviable track record as a party founding supporter. The widely respected Papa was not only born and raised in Langata, he is also known as a steadfast campaigner for CORD leader Raila Odinga who last week raised eyebrows when he personally summoned Papa to the podium in Laini Saba to declare his bid for Langata seat in the presence of incumbent MP Olum.

No one should dismiss Gor Mahia’s Deputy Secretary General, and the only lady in the race so far, Anima Oketch Ferrari who confounded sports pundits when she beat an impressive line up to clinch the Gor Mahia deputy SG position and with it emerge one of the most powerful ladies in Kenyan football. She is known to brush shoulders with influential people in Langata as well as in ODM. For all intents, she will bank on the football fraternity to support her bid.
It will be an interesting race for Langata in 2017. One where DP Ruto has invested heavily and where ODM leader Raila Odinga has personal stakes.

Fellow Kenyans, the first thief in post independent Kenya was Jomo Kenyatta. He began ruling by stealing public land, taxes and jailing opponents or critics to his excesses.

Jomo Kenyatta stole public money from Settlement Fund Trust meant to buy land for squatters and bought land instead for himself. Jomo, as a founding father, started Kenya on a wrong footing. He entrenched tribalism, corruption, nepotism, sycophancy, murder and dictatorship. Jomo Kenyatta was a notorious thief.

He had a dubious and unique distinction of being the founding thief of the nation. He destroyed our societal ethics. He oversaw a spree of blatant unapologetic theft that had economic repercussions to our nation to date. It is therefore, ironical for Uhuru Kenyatta to refer to all the 45 million Kenyans as being corrupt and tribalist as a president of Kenyans while he is in foreign land. Not every Kenyan is a thief.

Blaming all Kenyans for corruption yet all the wealth that Uhuru has including his late father’s was obtained through corruption is hypocrisy of the highest degree. Uhuru should withdraw his statement and apologise to many non-corrupt Kenyans.

WHY STATEHOUSE Operatives FORCED Waiguru To IMPLICATE DP Ruto’s men in NYS CORRUPTION SCANDAL

Waiguru affidavit, is well calculated to negotiate for a truce, a political truce within Jubilee. The intended message is very clear, its either they hang together, and co-operate in the NYS cover-up, or they go down together…. and at this point, given Ruto’s brand on matters like those, Waiguru sounds more believable, 20% believability is ok on matters like these….this is now politics 101 at play.

This is not a matter to resolve legally, but politically…and her outspoken attorney, the Grand Mullah, probably having explored all legal maneuvers and strategies, rightly arrived at the conclusion that this matter is to be resolved politically, and more so in a Machiavellian way not legally.

Waiguru’s is called the Kitchen sink strategy, pour all the dirt, into the sink, and then letting it grind down the drain. (The saying is more relevant in the West where sinks have grinders underneath, which suck in all dirt that would otherwise clog the sink).

And I think, it points to how effective, Raila was at picking the right fight….see, TNA/URP are now fighting among themselves…..almost annihilating each other. Raila should stay out of this talk now, if he talks, he will unite them. But should take notes, and prepare for the opportune time to hit at their ultimate master, in whose league he plays.

Railaphobia and tenders is the only glue that holds URP and TNA. The Jubilee coalition collapsed long ago. Ruto’s delusions of 2022, is all a lingo of consolation, meant to justify his stay in a coalition where he is being mistreated. Gideon is ready to fill his vacuum.

Poor Maangi rushes with impunity to greet PM Raila in Kisii after exhausting the brown envelope

The man so intensely eager to be the first to shake RAO’s hand here is called Joash Maangi. He is the Deputy Governor of Kisii County, and the Jubilee Coalition’s point man in Gusii. It is he, that is expected to vie for the position of Governor, on a Jubilee Party ticket next year.

It is also he who led a delegation to Sugoi, which purported to represent and speak for and on behalf of the Abagusii Community, but on returning to Kisii, could not address mourners in funerals, or any other gathering, because any attempt to, would be met with booing and heckling.

This is because in addition to using the community’s name to acquire the brown envelop through false pretenses, he and another MP addressed the press two days later, where they were seen banging tables demanding that RAO apologize to the Abagusii, for naming one of them ~ one Mohammed Nyaoga ~ as among those involved in the Eurobond scam.

Now, the residents in Kisii and Nyamira Counties are known to have these rather interesting means of whipping wayward politicians back to the right path, which ~ if this picture is anything to go by ~ are very effective too.

One need not be eloquent in studying body language to note that the distance between Maangi’s two legs and his body posture indicate that he broke into a run to get to the Prime Minister fast and first.

The man he beat to the ‘Jackpot’, Senator Chris Obure is ~ together with Governor Ongwae ~ by protocol, considered the P.M.’s host, but to gain an acceptable level of acceptance among voters, it was crucial that he got there fast and first.

Thankfully he didn’t trip and fall. It is in the same vein that during the last elections, FORD-People candidates ~ whose party was part of the Jubilee coalition ~ couldn’t help but include RAO’s picture, alongside theirs, on their campaign posters, with the tag line ‘Huko juu pigia Raila, lakini hapa chini, tumia akili’.

The CURSE of DISRESCPETING Raila CATCHES UP with Danson Mungatana- BROKE, DUMPED by ‘wives’!

K24 Swahili news anchor Mwanaisha Chidzuga has denied claims that she was married to former assistant minister Danson Mungatana alongside former Miss Kenya Cecilia Mwangi.

In what could perhaps best epitomize the dwindling fortunes of Mr Mungatana, Ms Chizuga, who is rumoured to have sired two children with the former Garsen legislator, took to Twitter and Facebook to deny any relation to Miss Mwangi.

She tweeted: “Kindly note tht I Mwanaisha Chidzuga was never a Co wife 2 one Cecilia Mwangi Pls stop dragging my name n tht of my family into thse madness (sic).”

The highly secretive journalist did not expound on whether her rumoured relationship with Mr Mungatana was just a fling.

Last week, Miss Mwangi publicly announced that her relationship with Mr Mungatana was over and that she was raising their daughter alone.

Mr Mungatana is married to another woman and Miss Chizuga and Miss Mwangi were each said to be jostling to be his number two.

Mr Mungatana’s fortunes have dwindled in the last four years after he lost his parliamentary seat. He was an assistant minister during retired president Mwai Kibaki’s era.

He also recently lost his position as the chairman of the Kenya Ports Authority.

A lawyer by profession, he has been representing Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria in a hate speech case.

The people who insulted him when he raised the issue of theft in the NYS are now a disgruntled lot. They are slowly being consumed by the truth and fast getting crushed down by their under-the-table deeds.

When Mr. Odinga blew the whistle about the theft of hundreds of millions of shillings meant for the hardworking youths in the NYS, the young boys and girls who are subjected to work in the scorching sun in the name of ‘huduma kwa taifa’, he was insulted by the very MEN who are now falling over themselves after Anne Waiguru mentioned their names so boldly, frankly and fearlessly in her affidavit.

After all he said and the evidence he gave, Mr. Odinga is now doing what the great American Baseball player and coach Yogi Berra said “You can observe a lot by watching”. The chickens are coming back home to roost.

PROTEST: Nairobi Area CID Police Officer ACCUSED of Harassing Poor Night Gurds

A police officer based at Nairobi Area Police Station has been accused of unwarranted and harassment of a night guard.

Corporal Kiragu has been accused of apprehending Stephen Mwangi on the 24th of this month at 6:00am and detained him at Nairobi Area Police Station before transferring him to Kilimani Police Station without preferring charges on him as required in the constitution.

A youth lobby group christened young Kenyan patriots has now petitioned Inspector General of Police Joseph Boinet over what they term as harassment of a citizen by a Nairobi based CID officer.

Addressing press outside Kilimani police station on Wednesday evening, the lobby national chairperson Mark-Moses Maina said it’s unlawful for a police officer to harass employees of Plovers Hant in Nairobi’s upper Hill and taking them through a Kangaroo court.

Maina has said they plan to sue the officer for assault as they have already obtained P3 forms from the police.

The workers, mostly security guards at the company said they were unlawfully arrested and beaten up by the officer.

(VIDEO) “Kenyans are experts in stealing” – from Israel, President Uhuru agrees with Trump and Mugabe

President Uhuru Kenyatta has sparked a wave of mixed reactions among Kenyans after he described the country as a nation where its citizens have a specialty in ‘stealing and politicking’.

Speaking at a forum in Israel attended by Kenyan students on Wednesday, President Kenyatta stated: “In Kenya we are experts in stealing, insulting each other, promoting tribalism and many other misdeeds.”

Even so, the President acknowledged that Kenya was a nation way blessed with resources than Israel.

“Also us Kenyans God has blessed as with a country that is twenty times better than the one we are in (Israel),” Kenyatta stated.

President Kenyatta’s remarks got many talking with some criticizing him saying it was inappropriate for him to make such sentiments while in a foreign country, where he was expected to market the country to potential investors.

The president’s remarks comes days after US Presidential aspirant on a republican ticket Donald Trump and Zimbabwean President Robert Mugabe allegedly criticized Kenya saying it has professional thieves.

Here is what Mugabe reportedly said:

“Those people of East Africa shock me with their wizardry in stealing. Sometimes I tend to believe that stealing is in every Kenyan’s blood. These people go to their schools and read good courses but they qualify as the best thieves. You can even think that there is a subject in their universities called Bachelor of Stealing. Whenever they get an opportunity as employees, they never disappoint. They steal enough money to buy their freedom because even the judges who listen to their cases are financially powerless. I urge you my people to be on high alert in case you by bad luck, happen to visit that East African nation. They might infect you with that disease and we don’t want it here. Zimbabweans are honest people who love their country and don’t want such stealing tendencies ”

Here is what Trump is alleged to have said concerning Africans and Kenyans in particular:

“African Americans are very lazy. The best they can do is gallivanting around ghettoes, lamenting how they are discriminated. These are the people America doesn’t need. They are the enemies of progress. Look at African countries like Kenya for instance, those people are stealing from their own government and go to invest the money in foreign countries. From the government to opposition, they only qualify to be used as a case study whenever bad examples are required. How do you trust even those who have ran away to hide here at the United States hiding behind education? I hear they abuse me in their blogs but I don’t care because even the internet they are using is ours and we can decide to switch it off from this side. These are people who import everything including matchsticks. In my opinion, most of these African countries ought to be recolonized again for another 100 years because they know nothing about leadership and self governance” Explained Donald Trump bitterly as he illuminated how he plans to reconstruct America and restore its lost glory.

“I promise to make America great again by restoring our dignity that we have since lost through Obama. The more reason why I still believe that he, and his Kenyan brothers and sisters should be deported back to Kenya to make America safe”

DP Ruto UNDER FIRE for exporting ‘BAD MANNERS’ to Malindi, LOCALS PROTEST!

GOVERNORS JOHO AND KINGI PROTEST RUTO ATTACKS ON COAST LEADERS:

Deputy President Mr William Ruto was in Malindi for two days to drum up support for the Jubilee candidate for Malindi by-elections Mr Philip Charo. We congratulate our people for the courtesy they extended to it and the general peace and decorum that has characterized the campaign so far.

We however note with utmost concern the uncivil conduct, characterized with very personalized attacks on the leaders and people of this region thus making a campaign that has so far borne the respect and decorum that residents of the Coast acquire and a dangerous and demeaning dimension.

We therefore wish to remind Mr Ruto that here in the Coast, we are different. Communities of this region value courtesy, respect for elders, strong sense of family, enduring moral values and upholding of the dignity of fellow human beings.

These values we hold dear. We will strongly resist whoever tries to degrade or abandon them for whatever reason, including political campaigns. The Jubilee leadership including Ruto, Aden Duale and Mike Sonko who camped in this area went all out to insult and degrade these timeless values of our people here, in search for votes. The people here are not taking this kindly.

We wish to alert Malindi voters that Ruto and his brand of politics is bad for our people. We must reject him and all his local agents. Ruto and his politics is too divisive for our people who thrive in strong sense of community and family.

Ruto is too abrasive and abusive for the known decency, humility, politeness and welcoming people of the Coast. We must reject him and his brand of what passes for leadership.

We have very serious reservations about Mr Ruto’s moral credentials. We were therefore shocked to hear the DP question the morality of leaders of this region. Ruto has no known respect for people’s property and no respect for age. It is on record that William Ruto took 100 hectares of land belonging to an old man one Adrian Muteshi who fled the violence and killing of 2007-2008 election violence in Eldoret. It took the intervention of the courts for the old Muteshi to get back his land. What Ruto did to Muteshi is unAfrican, immoral and vengeful. It stands in total contrast with what we, the communities of the Coast believe in. Ruto’s associates and family members feature prominently in the current NYS theft saga. We were therefore shocked and disgusted and that Ruto, during his visit, Ruto threatened to ensure businesses recently shut down remain shut despite the fact that the disputes are before competent courts of law.

Here in the Coast, we believe in taking care of the weak and investing in the future of our children, not stealing from them. Ruto believes in investing in himself. That is why he had the audacity to grab land belonging to the airport in Nairobi and turning it into his hotel. The said hotel then went ahead to grab school land for parking.

Our people will be making a grave mistake if they give Ruto as much as toe hold here. You give Ruto an inch, he will seek an acre. We must reject Ruto and all his agents if we are to retain our honour, dignity, sense of community and respect as a people. We must vote for ODM and deny Ruto a foothold in the counties of the Coast.

REBEL URP MPs from Rift Valley HUMILIATED in Nandi County, FORCED to board Chopper BACK to Nairobi

Three rebel Rift Valley legislators were treated to a hostile reception during a fundraiser held at Lelmokwo in Chesumei Constituency.

Nandi Hills Member of Parliament (MP) Alfred Ketter, Kapseret MP Oscar Sudy and Johana Ng’eno of Emurua Dikkir had a rough time addressing thousands of Lelmokwo-Ngechek ward residents, who had turned up for an harambee in aid of the late Nandi Deputy Speaker Hesbon Meto’s medical bill.

The trio, who only managed to get less than a minute each to give a word of condolence to the family of the late area Member of County Assembly, passed their messages of condolences to the family, friends and relatives of the late Metto and excused themselves in a huff after reading hostile mood on the ground.

This was due to their perceived rebellion to Deputy President William Ruto, who is leading a campaign to dissolve Jubilee Alliance parties to form the Jubilee Alliance Party of Kenya (JPK).

Ruto’s bid to dissolve the United Republican Party (URP) has been met with rebellion, especially with controversial Ketter leading other perceived rebels to campaign for a KANU candidate in the Kericho Senatorial seat.

The irate residents who spoke to the media said Ketter and his allies were spearheading the rebellion of the South Rift against the DP, adding that they believe the DP’s efforts of uniting Kenyans through JPK was a reality and unstoppable.

Their latest move seems not to have gone down well with Lelmokwo residents, who said they were fully behind the Deputy President.

The Nandi Hills legislator was treated to chants of ‘go and vie in Kericho’, ‘stop meddling with the affairs of Nandi County’, which forced him and his colleagues to flee with the aid of armed policemen to a waiting helicopter.

Nandi Senator Stephen Sang and Women Representative Zipporah Kering kept off politics during their speeches with Senator Sang passing a message of condolence from Deputy President William Ruto. He also presented Kshs 300, 000 from Ruto and his personal donation of Kshs 100,000 to be used for the funeral expenses.

Sang and Kering described the late Metto as hard working and one of the best minds among the elected MCA’s in Nandi.

“Metto and I participated in civic education during the campaigns for the new constitution and we have lost a very resourceful person,” mourned Sang.

Kering said she was educated by the late’s father, late Stanley Metto, who served as Mosop MP.

“I have lost a close family friend, and we will truly miss Metto,” said Kering.

The funeral is scheduled to take place on Friday and is expected to be attended by the Deputy President.

HOW Hon Aden Duale HUMILIATED President Uhuru in his Response to Waiguru NYS SCANDAL Affidavit

The Leader of Majority in the NA Hon Aden Duale yesterday’s presser raises a lot of issues on how this country is run.

1. Duale claimed Waiguru stole money allocated to NYS projects. When did he or his bosses in the coalition establish this? Does he know it’s criminal to abet economic crimes as enounced in our Statutes?

2. Hon Duale claimed that “they” sacked Waiguru after “she stole.” Does Hon Duale exercise Presidential powers to hire and fire members serving in the Executive?

3. Former CS Waiguru was invited to appear before joint Committees of Parliament investigating the NYS fraud. The session was characterised by high octane politics ostensibly geared at sanitising her. Immediately after the session, Duale marshalled a coteire of Jubilee MPs to a hurriedly convened press conference where he heaped praise on the former CS performance in “putting the record straight. ” At that time, did Duale know that he was lying to the Kenyan public in clear violation of Chapter Six of our Constitution, the Leadership & Integrity Act and the Public Officers Ethics Act?

4. When The Rt. Hon. Raila Odinga trained his guns on Waiguru, State House is on record to have come to her defence. With all these accusations and counter accusations flying around, what did the President and State House knew at that material time?
