The Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission has summoned Jubilee Majority leader in the National Assembly Hon Aden Duale and Jubilee Senate deputy Majority leader Hon Kipchumba Murkomen to shed more light on their involvement the looting of 1 billion in the NYS.
The summons comes barely two hours after Raila Odinga demanded the resignation of the two URP strongmen.
