A source close to former Devolution CS Ann Waiguru confirms that the NYS scandal was started by politicans associated with DP Ruto. Waiguru is said to have a told a standard reporter that top URP senator from Rift Valley and an aide of DP Ruto were the brains behind the NYS scandal.
The loud URP senator is said to have engineered the sacking of former NYS director Mr Rugut. After Waiguru got wind of how the senator and top aide to DP were stealing she immediately went overdrive and brought on board Kabura. The two camps were competing and in the end Waiguru being the minister overrun the URP wing albeit in a stupid way.
Now DP Ruto in an attempt to shield his team he is issuing threat to Waiguru. Well, Statehouse operatives have also vowed to bring down DP via the the NYS Waiguru. DP Ruto is walking straight to a Mt Kenya trap.
