CONFUSION and PANIC In STATEHOUSE Following Raila Joho MIRACLE CROWDS Rally at Tononoka Grounds

The much anticipated ODM rally at the Tononoka grounds was a sea of humanity clad in Orange sending shockwaves to the inner sanctum of State House.

The ODM leader was accompanied by Mombasa Governor Ali Hassan Joho and a host of other leaders from the region.

Raila Odinga criticized the government for presiding over the most corrupt regime in the history of Kenya. He questioned the KPA-Dubai port deal saying it reeked of corruption to the highest heaven claiming that over KES 28 billion was lost through bribery.

He committed to fulfil the five pointer Pwani declaration as follows:

THE PWANI DECLARATION FORUM

As the Party Leader of the Orange Democratic Movement, I take cognizance of the deep and weighty resolutions of the #PwaniDeclaration and commit to:

1. Fully implement the Truth, Justice and Reconciliation Report within 100 days.

2. Respect the institution of the National Land Commission and create the space necessary for the Commission to deliver on their constitutional mandate.

3. Devolve at least 47% of national revenue to County Governments regardless of political affiliation to allow them deliver services at the grassroots.

4. Facilitate the passage of an Amended Natural Resources Bill stating that at least 15% of local natural resource revenue remain at the counties.

5. Facilitate the establishment of a Health Service Commission.
