Former Nominated Senator Beatrice Elachi elected as the Speaker of the Nairobi County Assembly after garnering 90 votes of the 122 votes cast.
Elachi was defeated in the August 8th by ODM’s Hon Simba Arati for the Dagorett North Seat.
