BREAKING: WHY Uhuru Cancelled Trip To Kakamega At The Last Minute

President Uhuru Kenyatta will not be opening the 5th Devolution Conference 2018 as earlier planned.

Mr Kenyatta cancelled the trip to Kakamega county due to bad weather. Instead, the Head of State will be addressing the Governors, Senators and other stakeholders via a video link from Nairobi.

“@PresidentKE @UKenyatta will address delegates at the 5th Devolution Conference being hosted in Kakamega County via a Live Televised link from @StateHouseKenya,” PSCU tweeted.
