Seth Odingo: It is important that those in the media houses charged with the responsibility of covering CORD Leader Raila Odinga take their jobs seriously.
Recently at a public forum, Mr. Odinga gave the DPP three days to name the Eurobond thieves failure to which he will name them.
That statement has only one meaning which you only mis-interpret if you are a malicious person (read jubilee supporter).
The DPP was given three days. Three days only. Those three days appear to have elapsed today.
Now, from today to the nth day (where ‘n’ is infinite) Mr. Odinga shall name the thieves. If you interpreted it that Mr. Odinga said he would name the thieves today, you are a malicious person who should not be forever taken seriously.
Under the Jubilee regime, ENGLISH language comprehension seem to have taken a thorough beating. We are increasingly finding it difficult to ‘share meaning’, which is communication 101, with our brothers and sisters in the other side.
Those of you who are Seventh Day Adventists know this too well: Ellen G. White had prophesied that Jesus would return in the year 1884. When this prophecy did not happen, she saw another prophesy which now told her that in 1884 Jesus had moved from the Holy to the ‘holy of Holies’.
If a ‘mighty’ prophetess like White could misinterpret the coming of Christ (and her followers actually stopped marrying or giving into marriage because of this) then surely, you who is just a disappointed Jubilee supporter looking for something to clutch on as the digital regime you forced down our throats continue to unravel right in our eyes and in the most perplexing ways can terrible do the misinterpretation.
My Party Leader has no history of reneging on his words. He keeps his words to a period. Only that he does it at his own time.
This morning, the Eurobond list moved even closer to being published and publicized. If it was Ellen G. White handling it (against the Catholic Church) she would have poetically quipped the list has moved from ‘the holy’ to the ‘holy of Holies’.
