Missing blogger Alan Wadi was today allegedly produced in court to answer to charges of incitement and hate speech (misuse of communication gadget- sic).
The blogger who has been on detention for more than three weeks was produced in Milimani magistrate’s court. It is il;egal for police to hold a suspect for more two days without any charges, they are required to produce suspects in court within 24hours otherwise they must obtain a court order if they must hold a suspect more than 24 hours.
