Babu Owino has been arrested over a clip in which he warns Moses Kuria about alleged calls for Cord leader Raila Odinga to be assassinated.
The vocal Sonu chairman was taken to Kilimani police station to record a statement concerning hate speech allegations.
“They have arrested me over the clip that went viral in which we as youths warned Kuria against threatening Raila,” he told the Star by phone.
