Nairobi Senator Mike Sonko Mbuvi has clarified that he only said he was the acting president socially & politically and NOT constitutionally.
I know what the law is, I have freedom of speech and my words did not breach any peace of contravene any law. In 2013 I was elected with 3rd most votes behind President Uhuru and Raila Odinga while Musalia Mudavadi was way behind forth with less tha 500k votes.
Indeed Sonko is the 3rd most popular politician in the country. Aden Duale though majority leader in the house was elected by less than 20k votes…
