Yesterday’s temporary detention of Mombasa Governor Alli Hassan Joho yesterday seemed to affect KTN news anchor Betty Kyalo. According to keen observers, the news did not impress Betty especially after rumors did rounds that he was having an affair with governor 001.
Kenyans of concern noted how Betty was gravely misspelling obvious words and sometimes going out of the topic and forgetting herself.
Betty is naturally known to be a jovial and ever smiling beautiful girl, especially when reading news on Television. Nevertheless, none of those were present.
Things got worse when it got to mind your language section where Kisumu based socialite scholar Willis Ochieng also doubling as a word speller, teaches the audience how to spell English words correctly.
Betty was moodiless. She lacked self-esteem and even failed to pronounce correctly some of the basic words.
