Mike Sonko Grabs Headlines with his New Corporate Look, Picked Hon Shebesh from Hospital Playing Gentleman

Sonko’s reported transformation continues to elicit mixed reactions from Nairobians as the popular senator continues to charm his way towards the governor’s seat.

In the past few weeks Sonko has been stepping out in suits, looking all professional and corporate like CEO stature. His much hyped interview on Jeff Koinange Live was the first time Kenyans saw this side of him.

Part of Sonko’s personal transformation was seen yesterday when he, together with Johnson Sakaja, picked up Rachel Shebesh at Nairobi hospital after she was discharged.

The three Jubilee aspirants who make up Nairobi’s Team Triple S (Sonko, Sakaja, Shebesh) then proceeded to hold their first strategy meeting as they plan to comb all spheres of the city to mobilize voters for Uhuru re-election and their respective seats.

Before that, Sonko stole the show with his gentlemanly manners as he carried Shebesh’s handbag and opened a car door for her.

Meanwhile a video captured showing Sonko and his running mate Polycarp Igathe posing for campaign photos has been trending in Whas App groups for the last one week.

The dynamic duo have taken the city by storm just 2 months before the elections, with all indications showing that the Sonko-Igathe ticket will defeat Evans Kidero to capture the Nairobi governor’s seat in the August 8 polls.
