Former Nairobi Governor Evans Kidero has suffered a major blow after the High Court dismissed his application to be enjoined in an election petition challenging the election of Mike Sonko as Nairobi governor.
Kidero wanted to be enjoined in the petition as an interested party in the case filed by two voters who are challenging the Nairobi gubernatorial election results held on the 8th of August.
