Controversial blogger Cyprian Nyakundi has exposed Elgeyo Marakwet Senator Kipchumba Murkomen for being a beneficiary of the recent scandal on the Arror and Kimwarer Dams scandal.
Earlier on Treasury CS Rotich surrenders himself at the DCI HQs just moments after DPP Haji ordered for his arrest over Arror and Kimwarer dams scandal and will spend a night in police custody awaiting arraignment in court tomorrow.
