A senior Nation Media Group manager has been shown the door for allegedly working with opposition leaders to bash the Jubilee Government.
Nation Media Group’s Manager for special projects, Dennis Galava, was sent packing on Tuesday for writing an editorial that lambasted President Uhuru Kenyatta’s Government.
In his editorial, Galava called on President Uhuru Kenyatta to put his act together and allow for free expression in the country.
The editorial was published on January 2nd and it was the same article that Raila Odinga plagiarised to write his State of the Nation address on Tuesday.
Many journalists have condemned the sacking of Galava terming it as dictatorial and bordering on sabotage of Freedom of Expression.
Over the past six months, the Jubilee Government has faced a myriad of challenges including corruption scandals but they are determined to bury them.
Raila with the help of fearless journalists has successfully managed to unmask Jubilee’s dirty dealings including the loss of Sh 791 million from the National Youth Service (NYS) and misappropriation of the Sh 140 Eurobond cash.
