DRAMA: Raila FORCED to address impromptu MAMMOTH Rally outside Milimani Law COURTS

Cord leaders addressing mammoth crowd who persevered political harassment and tears gas outside Mililani law courts this afternoon after challenging IEBC against politically motivated move to remove Senator Wetangula’s name from voters register. The message was clear, that it won’t be business as usual if jubilee and IEBC go on with their madness.

Raila’s photographer Evans Dims had to physically challenge the police to get good shots

HERE is how one pundit captured it on FB:

I am pressed to comment about Hon. Wetangula, like a Tanzanian would say “duku limenikaba”. Weta is one leader I hold in least regard but that is a story for another pen day. For now IEBC has threatened to delete his name from the voters register, and Weta and his team are up in arms- my question is, “What has IEBC been waiting for?” That is the law, press the delete key.

On a second look, I recall the 2012 debate on the eligibility of Uhuru Kenyatta and William Ruto to run for president and the subsequent outcome and dilution of Chapter 6 in the constitution and then I conclude that impunity like karma is a female dog.

IEBC cannot dare delete Weta’s name from the voters register, as much as it is legal it will be a political blunder. That is the problem with selective application of the law, it comes back to bite, where it hurts most.
