Mandera Activist Fatuma Adow jibril from Bulla Jamhuria has been arrested 4 days ago by ATPU in Mandera County. Fatuma was picked from her home on allegation of Terrorism. Her family members were denied access.
Her whereabout is unknown. Could this be another Isnina’s Story?
