High court judge Joseph Onguto declines to issue orders stopping the ongoing demonstrations on grounds that the petitioners have not shown any evidence to court to warrant any orders.
However police have been ordered to provide security and ensure public safety.
Onguto further in his ruling noted that the removal of IEBC commissioners from office must be done within the law.
Inthe case five jubilee mps led by Ferdinand Waititu moved to court seeking orders to stop CORD leaders from demonstrating against IEBC. They argue that the demonstrations are illegal.
