A reliable source privy to back stage negotiations between Statehouse (Uhuru) and Capital Hill (Raila CORD secretariat) has revealed that Uhuru and Raila had prity much agreed on the structure of a five man (each side) extra special committee that will see exit of the current corrupt biased IEBC commissioners.

The source indicated that challenges emerged when a member of the parliamentary committee on budgeting flagged up a budget line of Kshs 6 billion that is meant for fake IDPs.

Top Statehouse operatives are said to have warned that they cannot afford another financial scandal while Eurobond and Waiguru’s NYS scandals are still fresh in the minds of Kenyans.
