DRAMA: Jubilee Rally TURNS CHAOTIC in Kisii, Hon Obure HECKLED for backstabbing Raila ODM

Jubilee’s Otamba declaration backfires:

Jubilee’s long awaited Otamba declaration meant to declare Senator Chris Obure (ODM) as Jubilee’s flag bearer in the 2017 Kisii Gubernatorial race and Charles Nyachae for Senator backfired after the charged crowd started chatting anti- Obure/anti-Jubilee slogans and pro- Gpvernor Ongwae hymns.

Troubles started after the area MP Richard Tongi hinted out to the crowd that the group’s flag bearer in 2017 Gubernatorial race will be Hon Chris Obure.

Chaos erupted for several minutes and the function was disrupted for some minutes.

The turn of events forced subsequent speakers to change the topic of the day to that of supporting Education CS Fred Matiangi who’s being blamed for the burning of schools in larger Kisii area and around the country. In the end no political declaration was passed.

Calming down the rowdy youth Kisii county deputy Governor Joash Maangi assured the residents of their support to the current governor.

“We did not come here to campaign but we will come again in another day so calm down as we continue to unite Gusii Community,” he added.
