Kalonzo dashes Jubilee hopes, again

Wiper Leader Kalonzo Musyoka has once again rejected overtures to join the Jubilee regime saying some suggestions lack iota of intelligence.

A number of Jubilee leaders were quoted over the weekend saying President Uhuru has indicated he is willing to appoint Mr. Musyoka to the cabinet to replace Amb. Amina Mohammed who has been nominated for the chairperson of the African Union commission.

Mwai Kibaki once  said even rigging needs some intelligence. Some of these suggestions are devoid of logic. How can I move from the Vice Presidency to be Foreign Affairs Cabinet Secretary? Is it not better for me to go home?” he told Nation.

Kalonzo doubled down, saying he cannot join Jubilee.

“When I said I must be in the next government, other people started saying the next government is Jubilee. But I meant the government that I shall lead. This cannot and will not be the Jubilee administration,” Kalonzo said.
