William Ruto ‘s source of millions of shillings for harambees revealed :

Since the exit of Nyayo in 2002 Kenyans had forgotten harambees more especially from State officers. Nyayo was one person who was a walking ATM contributing millions in harambees and dishing out money to every stop over he made as president.
But since Jubilee came into power the real character of Moi regime is slowly coming back. Deputy President William Ruto has been the man in the center stage seen severally with bags of notes for harambees even his Aides confirming that his car is a walking bank.
Kenyans have always wished to know the source of the DP’s easy gotten money.

Our moles have finally nailed down the source.
The Deputy President gets the monies from Counties and everyone he gave a job in either Counties or National government.
All ministers and principal secretaries in National Government from URP side, all Governors and, deputy Governors elected on a URP ticket, all County secretaries and chief officers in URP counties must submit a prescribed fee to the Deputy President at the end of every month as follows :
1) Cabinet Secretaries KES 1,000,000 @
2) PS s – KES 800,000 @
3) Governors KES 1,000,000 @
4) Dep Governors KES 500,000 @
5) County Ministers KES 200,000 @
6) Chief Officers KES 100,000 each.

It’s a mandatory that you have to submit your contributions by 10th of every month.
