KBC TV BLASTED for UNPROFESSIONAL Reporting during Uhuru State of the Nation Address

Kenya Broadcasting Corporation and the whole media fraternity in Kenya is terrible. The point is; Kenyans only see the part of parliamentary proceedings propagated by KBC, whose signals are picked by other TVs.

I remember Wakili Soyinka Lempaa during security laws petition hearing urging the high court to take notice that only one media house covers parliament and that is KBC. What KBC feeds the other media houses is what they relay to Kenyans.

Today half of Jubilee MPs were snoring during the address by H.E the president. Repeatedly, we heard opposition MPs calling for points of order (which means they wanted to share with the speaker something) but JB Muturi could not give them a chance.
At what point did ODM MPs start blowing their whistles? Was it not when speaker Muturi declined to listen? Under such circumstances, wasn’t it justified?

People should not forget that no one elected Muturi to parliament. No one voted for Muturi. He was rejected in Siakago.
That aside, I hear our SG has said he is differing with our party on how we conducted ourselves today. That’s the kind of democracy you find on our side. That’s the beauty of ODM. Only in ODM would the very person who holds the legal instruments of the party differ with that same party. That’s the value of the D between O and M.

And we are proud of both our SG and the other members who wanted to ask the president ‘what about Migingo? What about sugarcane?’
Timothy Bosire declined to stand up (the president had to personally urge him to) because even as he called MPs to stand in honour of the KDF soldiers killed in El Adde, the same government has declined to tell the MPs how many soldiers were killed and what went wrong. Bosire has undergone the indignity of burying six caskets without knowing who is inside. That’s how the killed KDF soldiers are being buried across the country.

The kenyan opposition will not be passive anymore. Sababu za kukasirika tunazo.

WHAT EXACTLY Happened in Parliament? Whistles, Rough-necks and the Irony of a STRONGMAN INCUMBENCY

They say that if you lock-up a cat in a small room and try to kill it, you will end up dead. I couldn’t agree more.
A fraction of opposition members of parliament decided to express their utmost disgust with the Jubilee government’s runaway corruption and record breaking tribal architecture. But before they could register their displeasure, the vaunted tyranny of numbers came to the rescue of the government.

The opposition has consistently protested what has now become Jubilee’s modus operandi; a methodical, radical change from what used to be Kenya into a de facto two tribe state. The never ending obtuse appointments are exhibit A.

And when the public and the limping media catches on with the narrative and decides to put pressure by calling for resignations, the government’s political dispensary, also known as the anti-corruption and ethics body, takes over and ‘treats’ them in record time!
The Judiciary, by its own admission, is a pliable poodle with no teeth to bite a piece of cotton! The national security apparatus is not any better, its members are used by the government to antagonize opposition leaders for pleasure.

An opposition thus beleaguered, is left with no option but to lay in wait for the CEO of the country in a privileged sphere to make it known that all is not well. That’s why I support the actions of those courageous leaders.

To those who conveniently bash the opposition for this courageous act, a little perspective will suffice. The British Prime minister gets heckled, jeered and booed every week during the Prime minister’s question time. No member has ever been kicked out for voicing a concern or protest. When Raila was PM, rebel ODM Mps and PNU-affiliated MPs would hurl all kinds of epithets at him on a weekly basis, but the then ODM-sponsored Speaker Kenneth Marende never pulled the trigger!

Even Uncle Sam (USA), whom we dutifully xeroxed its Constitution, allows members to express their displeasure without deploying the use of force! A good example was when the Obama administration used its majority in both houses of Congress to pass the landmark ‘Obamacare’. The then minority leader John Boehner, in a moment of frustration, took to the House floor and yelled all kinds of obscenities he could find. In fact, he came to the chamber inebriated! But the Democratic leadership allowed him to vent.

Obama has been treated to his fair share of disruptions. From a congressman yelling “You lie,”to a Supreme Court Justice retorting ” that’s not true!” Nobody ever kicked them out. The presidency is an institution no doubt. But when a people run out of viable options to voice their opinions, they will wait for the head honcho to grace their occasion and then unleash their anger. You all see the protesters in rallies and presidential functions. It’s normal.

Who can forget Ababu’s coming out party in 2007, in which he dressed down “the honourable member for Othaya?” Did Kibaki castigate him? No. He later ‘appointed him Sports minister.

Those leaders didn’t burn any effigies of the President, they held anti-corruption placards and went on to blow their whistles as a way of getting the attention of a president who lives in a bubble. Did we expect them to book appointments for a meeting with the President? Tough luck in a society in which dialogue with the opposition is a taboo!

Lastly, Moi was heckled and routinely booed in the multiparty era and he didn’t do a thing. Saitoti, a sitting VP, endured a motion of no confidence and took it like a man. What was so hard for Jubilee blowhards to understand ? Ama with Jubilee, kila kitu kiligeuka ?

BILLIONAIRE Jacob Juma BLASTS Uhuru’s Empty State of The Nation Address

Mr Uhuru Kenyatta’s address to the nation of Kenya today was in fulfilment of his constitutional mandate drawn from Article 10, 102, and 240 of our Constitution.

In his speech which I didn’t watch, Mr Uhuru Kenyatta, am told honored anonymous KDF heroes that died in Somalia. Mr Kenyatta also stressed the centrality of our Constitution which he has been rubbishing for three years.

Mr. Kenyatta also alleged that Ksh400 million looted from NYS has been recovered. However, the figure was Ksh791 million and not Ksh400 million. He deliberately ignored to tell Kenyans the whereabouts of Ksh391 million, and also apologise for having lied to Kenyans last year that no NYS money was lost and that ex-CS Anne Waiguru was just a whistle blower.

Uhuru didn’t disclose to Kenyans where he is hiding Ksh140 billion from Eurobond. I couldn’t lower myself to watch Uhuru because he threatens Kenyan patriots like myself who question him about stealing our taxes.

If you interrogated Uhuru after his own speech what it was about, chances are that he may not remember anything about it. The kingdom of Kenyatta has been demystified today in Parliament by MPs walking out on him. It will never be the same again! In 2017, Kenyans need to elect a president that is endowed with intellectual prowess, high integrity, anti-corruption czar, honest, hardworking and God fearing person.

We need to elect a president that does not lie to or steal from Kenyans. Uhuru says that SGR created 27,000 jobs while Ruto says it created 30,000 jobs and World Bank says 25,000 jobs. Who is saying the truth? We need a genuinely honest, credible, hardworking and a virtuous president.

EXPOSED: WHY ODM MPs PROTESTED and DISRUPTED Uhuru State of the Nation Address

This is the actual state of the nation: One out of every five Kenyans is unemployed. Amongst those in employment, their earnings wont last more than just a quarter of a month.

Very few Kenyans can support a development budget out of their salaries or savings. Banks only lend to those Kenyans with money and in most cases, the amounts they lend cannot be sufficient to complete the projects in contemplation. In most cases currently, most heavy private capital investments are being undertaken by national government (A.I.E.) holders or tenderpreneurs or county government staff and and their preferred suppliers.

Every other Kenyan is suffering, professionalism and fidelity to ethic does not pay and is mocked. Everyone is trying to con someone off something. The rulers are ruling arrogantly and the ruled are dying to become rulers. This is the state of the nation: A place where hope of a better tomorrow does not exist, a place where life is brutish, nasty and short.

A man eat man society in which all of us are guilty of one misdeed or the other. The President’s speech today should have been short and simple – “Forgive this my country Father, for we have sinned and fallen short of your glory. Return into us humanness again and grant us the acceptance to seek to begin afresh.”

We need a fresh beginning as a nation. A clean slate – tabula rasa. May God’s grace be sufficient to take us back to that beginning.

Why should Hon Bosire stand in total hypocrisy for a moment of silence when our sons, cousins, brothers, fathers and uncles are being killed in abandon in Somalia?

Does a moment of silence take away the fact that their families are languishing in pain?

Does a moment of silence take away the fact that almost all of those who were injured while bravely fighting for our country have never been compensated?

Does a moment of Silence take away the fact that our government continues to idle KDF’s negligence in the El-Adde attack in which we lost almost 200 soldiers were massacred?

They include 19-year-old Army Corporal Jonathan Ogeke and Major Geoffrey Obwoge.

Months after the tragic El-Adde attack, we still do not know if Major Obwoge was captured, killed in the bomb attack or beheaded.
Today, to the face of the nation, MP Timothy Bosire made the bravest move to a president who continues to ignore the plea of majority of Kenyans-Evaluate the war in Somalia. Are we gaining or losing momentum???

As a reporter who has been on the front line covering our brave sons in Somalia, we need more than a moment of silence for our fallen soldiers.

BREAKING: Mercy Njeri Gathigia APPOINTED Acting KNEC Managing Director

Mercy Gathigia has been appointed acting Knec CEO following Joseph Kivilu’s dismissal over widespread cheating in the 2015 KCSE exam.

She previously served as senior deputy director and head of the Curriculum and Research Services department at the Kenya Institute of Curriculum Development. She also held the chief executive officer post in acting capacity on several occasions.

Gathigia has a Master of Science in Entrepreneurship from the Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology.

She also has a Bachelor of Education degree in business studies and economics from the University of Nairobi and a diploma in Technical Education (English and business studies) from Kenya Technical Teachers College.

Kivilu and nine top officials of the disbanded board have recorded statements with the police over the exam irregularities.

LIST of MPs THROWN OUT of Parliament by the SPEAKER for FRUSTRATING Uhuru Speech

President Uhuru Kenyatta’s annual State of the Nation address to Parliament was interrupted by loud whistling among parliamentarians on Thursday, forcing him to stop and let the National Assembly Speaker take over.

Speaker Justin Muturi was forced to throw Ugunja MP Opiyo Wandayi out of the chambers.

Other MPs thrown out for whistling include:

Hon Gladys Wanga (Homa Bay Women Rep)

The members blowing whistles on several occasions provoked the Speaker to declare a standing order that the President shall be heard in silence.

“It will be disorderly for any member to disrupt the speech of the president, as you know any breach will guarantee punishment as per the standing orders,” Muturi ordered.

CORD Co principal Kalonzo Musyoka had asked Uhuru to skip the address, criticising his government as only ‘achieving’ corruption, tribalism and intimidation by the state.

Public expectations were low on whether the address would deliver solutions to the myriad of problems Kenya is facing.

One Twitter user challenged the President to address unemployment against Jubilee’s pre-election campaign.

Other users raised the issue of rampant corruption touching on high profile personalities in Uhuru’s government , noting no convictions have been made.

BREAKING: Two LIONS spotted in Kitengela, KWS DISPATCHES Chopper to the area

Two lions have been spotted in Kitengela, a day after one was gunned down in Isinya after injuring a man.

Members of the public have reportedly threatened to kill them.

Kenya Wildlife Service officers said they had dispatched a chopper, with veterinary officers, to locate the animal.

Mohawk, a famous 13-year-old lion, was felled in a hail of bullets after being cornered by KWS rangers at 9am on Wednesday.

The star tourist attraction belonged to the King Fisher group of lions.

The lion believed to have wandered out of Nairobi National Park on Tuesday night was seen in Isinya Plains near County Resort, some 15km south of the park.

Images on social media showed the lion walking in a grassy area next to the fence of the park at around 9am. They also showed residents gathering around it, some perched on the back of light trucks.

KWS officials said it was killed to prevent more injuries as the situation was “beyond salvation”.

Hon Lempurkel is best remembered for telling off president Uhuru and his band of Jubilee sycophants during Devolution CS homecoming in Nanyuki that he will NOT DITCH ODM and that his constituents were ardent Raila followers.

His first stop was in Doldol where He officially opened the new constituency office before meeting ODM delegates for a townhall consultations. He then proceeded to Rumuguti where He also engaged the local ODM delegates before concluding with a public rally at the Rumuguti Stadium.

The key issues addressed including CORD opposition to the proposed Community Land Bill that seeks to strip the National Land Commission of powers to administer public land and re-centralize them in the office of the CS Lands. We strongly feel that this is a retrogressive step that will further alienate communities that have suffered the brunt of historical land injustices.

The ambulances will be distributed to all the 9 subcountys and one remaining at Kisii Teaching and Referral Hospital. The County is determined in improving health service delivery in the people.

WHAT DP Ruto FORGETS: Economic Development is like delivering an ORGASM, it is HER to feel it!

I have always said that economic development is like delivering orgasms. It is the recipient, through positive sounds or intense gyrations, who will let you know if your contact with the Gspot has borne fruits. Exact same way that people in the grassroots should be the ones expressing pleasure at your much touted economic development.

If you find that you have to call press conferences or town hall meetings to enumerate what you have done, son, it means you have done nothing! And don’t take it personally, because not everyone is wired to deliver orgasms….er…I mean, development!

In this Jubilee self praise about orgasmic delivery, Central and Rift Valley can go on faking their orgasms because they have never known any better, and because their 50 years in abusive relationships won’t yield any liberalisation where it matters.

The rest of the country won’t partake in this Gspot fraud, town hall meetings or not.

What more can one ask for? Jubilee chose an award winning corruption superstar to make its case! How easy can we have it?


Watching the DP talk about the war on corruption was like watching a 'panda mbegu preacher' talking about righteousness! It doesn't get any easier than that!





The nauseating tutorial about electricity proliferation was the starkest irony!





A country with hundreds of thousands of schools in which kids study under trees was being treated to a lecture on school zone electrification! Damn.





On the utumishi kwa wote welfare, the cops who can barely get privacy in their households, much less fend for their families must have felt like they were living in Pluto!





Oh, and the digit-dropping presentation missed the intended audience because most Kenyans are condemned to routine power rationing! There is no amount of empirical data that will convince cosmopolitan dwellers that Jubilee finally figured a way out for them while they spend many hours or sometimes days without electricity!





It's funny that the DP heralded Jubilee's 'stepping aside' policy as an effective means of fighting corruption when we all know that people who matter to them get politically sanitized and then get right back to work! Heck, some seek 'lighter duties' that turn out to be heavier than their previous responsibilities!





From a political strategy point of view, the guy who decided to give the DP this kamikaze pilot duty is a genius! Why? If you are an administration that's embroiled in eternal corruption and political chicanery, and you have an incumbent that MUST win reelection and if you front him out on TV to make the case for a failing government, you will decisively tarnish his image and wound him politically. Why would you give him a poisoned chalice? I would not!





The UK geniuses picked the loudest chest thumper with the biggest mouth and sent him out to make a fool out of himself in the name of 'making the case' for Jubilee.





When it was all said and done, the Kenyan people saw the only Jubilee Principal, who still has ICC issues and has been adversely mentioned in several corruption cases, making the case against corruption! Just imagine the number of Kenyans who picked up on the glaring oxymoron! Kenyans are not stupid.


By the way, UK still remains 'clean.'

Inside Uhuru's coded and Raila hating Kikuyu Speech

Smarting from the incisive article by David Ndii, the Supreme Court imposed president Kenyatta in demonstration of sinking reality, and having forgotten that his ICC case can be revived any time, was at it again spewing hate speech.



It looked like an ISIS or even Ku Klux Klan rally, held in the dark of night at one of his tribal stronghold. For those who could understand a little Kikuyu, it was clear that Uhuru's abused his immunity to prosecution to propagate what may sow the seeds of 2017 post election. This is unfathomable for a man who was at the center of ICC investigations and prosecution by ICC Chief Prosecutor Ocampo, and her successor Bensouda. It just shows how "flawed the case became after the elimination of witnesses". But u know what, the law always catches up with serial criminals. The pattern is that Uhuru will, through his entire life display tribal affinity, and inciting-like warmongering behavior, unless a way is found to lock him up. My gut feeling is that General Mukabira, is a more lethal version of general Kiguoya before him. Like a snake, he is a danger to peace and stability, rather than its guarantor as bestowed upon him by a settlement of 2013 dispute at the Supreme Court and therefore Constitution, even though not constitutionally elected.



General Mukabira scandalizingly and belittlingly described Raila as a frequent toilet goer, who, while PM was more bothered about how his toilet looked compared to Kibaki's toilet. Talks like this are interpreted by uneducated village folks as saying that "he should be stoned on sight".



He also abusingly described Raila as a glutton who when you give him Ugali(choice of Ugali coz he is Luo, and Ugali is supposed to be a Luo dish). That when you give Raila Ugali, he will say he wants chapati, and once you serve him the chapati, he asks where the ugali is. In other words, that Raila can eat Ugali and Chapati interchangeably. Uhuru should introspect and reflect on Ndii's article which made us imagine a Kenya that's failed and balkanized, and I take that article as a clarion call for unity. Anyone who reads the Ndii article should take this as a moment to seek a united Kenya, rather than one where a president spews venom. Kikuyus as businessmen need customers, who are the other 41 tribes. Kikuyus are rich because they have customers in the other 41 tribes, who if they were to boycott their goods, their businesses would collapse. And so we are all, as 42 tribes interdependent, and not independent of each other, as Uhuru, General "Mukabira" would want his tribesmen to believe.



He continued to struggle with explaining that he "defeated" Raila fair and square. Even the Kikuyus didnt believe him. They know he never won fair and square. I wish he could say this outside his tribal strongholds of say Coast or Maasai land, Kisiiland or Western. But he knows best to only say it infront of his tribal and only true support. Kalenjins only support him because of Ruto. If Ruto was to abandon him, then he would move from a two tribe support president, to a one tribe support.



It's surprising how a frustrated president would resort to a desperate move to incite his tribesmen against a popular leader who commands a 40 tribe coalition of support. He is jealous that Raila has united this nation, but he should desist from alienating his supporters, and draw them towards the rest of Kenya, by working with Raila, Kalonzo and Wetangula.



Just like Mutahi Ngunyi, Moses Kuria, Seth Odongo and so on were investigated and prosecuted by NCIC and Tobiko, we need to hear Kaparo castigating Uhuru's divisive and tribal rhetoric, and probably writing him a protest letter. The hateful things he said in that video were vile! If unchecked, Uhuru is in the process of grooming another

generation of 1 against 41 Kikuyus.



I dare the PSCU to release the certified(by UN translators, dont trust police) translation transcripts of that violence coded and cleansing loaded rhetoric, and also the NCIC should move fast and investigate Uhuru before Raila supporters get pissed off and demand an apology. Because Uhuru does need to apologise for saying Raila eats ugali, simply because he is Luo. Uhuru should desist from preying on the prejudices of his tribesmen for the sake of a united Kenya.

COURT EXPOSES HOW Jimnah Mbaru and National Bank Chairman Hassan CONNED Investor over 400Million

&NewLine;Evidence adduced shows that the account continued to be drawn in what the court concluded Mr Kiarie’s money was being actively traded with by the two institutions&period;

&NewLine;But it is the basis of the freezing orders that help in joining the dots to a conspiracy to defraud&period;

&NewLine;&OpenCurlyDoubleQuote;The first defendant &lpar;Dyer &amp&semi; Blair&rpar; volunteered freezing the account by telling the Central Bank of Kenya Fraud Investigation Unit that following your inquiry&comma;… we will also freeze the account until further instructions from yourself&period;"

&NewLine;In concluding that the two financially benefited from the scheme&comma; the judge added&colon; &OpenCurlyDoubleQuote;The issue then is why first defendant &lpar;Dyer &amp&semi; Blair&rpar; would engage in such falsehood unless it had something to gain from it&quest;”
