Kiplagat: How can you count the money inside a briefcase?

FRED NGATIA :Do you know the measurements of the briefcase that was carrying the money?

Kiplagat: How would I know the measurements of a briefcase.

FRED NGATIA: YOU said that you met with others at the Laico hotel, I have been at that hotel and I know that the tables for example are close to each other, how did you meet and plan on such a conspiracy in public?

Kiplagat: We were not addressing the public in the hotel. We were whispering.

FRED NGATIA: You said that Justice Tunoi bought land, have you investigated to know where he bought the land, the size etc?

Kiplagat: That’s the work of the investigators and surveyors to find out about the land.
