Governor Kidero’s Magic ‘Cash Hand’ FREEZES Citizen TV Interview with Mike Sonko

Kidero stops Citizen TV interview

The race for Nairobi Governor’s seat is getting dirty each passing day. Governor Evans Kidero last evening is alleged to have used his money and power to stop a live TV interview on Citizen TV’s Nipashe news featuring Nairobi Senator Mike Sonko

According to sources the interview which was to last for 45-50 minutes, only took 7 minutes after Kidero called an influential Manager at Royal Media to cut short Sonko’s interview. Sonko who was about to table evidence on the alleged grabbing of a Kilimani property and claims of murder of the wife of the property owner by Kidero and his rogue PA Wainaina was left hanging after the interview host Salim Swaleh shocked him by ending the interview prematurely. Sources indicate Kidero called the senior boss and promised to meet him if Sonko is chased out studio before he tables his damning evidence which shows massive corruption at City Hall. According to security officials at a nearby pub called Q Lounge, a City Hall vehicle with green plates dropped cash for the boss at the pub after he successfully executed Kidero’s mission. This is not the first time for Kidero to splash money to save his job. In 2013 , the Governor dropped Ksh 200 million in dollars to retired Supreme Court Judge Philip Tunoi which influenced the Supreme Court to dissmis an election petition by his former rival Kabete MP Ferdinand Waititu. Last week Sonko and Kidero were involved in a brawl at the Senate Public Accounts Committee after Kidero became emotional and rowdy following tabling of evidence by Sonko which revealed wide spread corruption at City Hall.
