HOSTING of Key Jubilee Party Caucus in Statehouse was a BIG MISTAKE, almost a CRIME!

Tuesday’s National meeting by all TNA and Jubilee leaders at State House Nairobi to chart the way forward in uniting all Jubilee affiliate parties to make one major Political Party for Uhuruto’s attempt at re-election in 2017 general elections is nothing other than ABUSE OF OFFICE.

State Houses and all Public Offices in this country are not Headquarters or branch offices or operational offices of any political parties or private organizations to hold their functions at will. As the Seat of Power, State House is supposed to strictly transact official government business entrusted to the Presidency of the country. It is part of the Office of the President.

Therefore, Tuesday’s meeting which brought together elected leaders of Jubilee and resolved to fold all parties and have a new one launched by March next year was tantamount to any political party or leaders storming a public office, disrupt the normal operations in that office and transact their private business there with impunity. This is not only evil, but also punishable in law. It is like if ODM took over City Halls in Nairobi, Kisumu or Mombasa to hold party caucuses while denying wananchi their rightful services for the duration of the meeting.

This goes a long way in showing how low this Jubilee government has sunk. They have defiled the Country’s seat of power by turning it into a Party headquarters. Religious/traditional leaders now have real reason to summon the country and hold prayers to cleanse State House of this evil politics.

Besides, abuse of office is a criminal offence. Desecration of the Country’s seat of power borders on Treason. It is a serious breach of the constitution. That is a valid reason for impeachment of those who organized the meeting and presided over it.

If the new Jubilee party is being formed in an illegally organized and hosted function, Kenyans are being shown a political outfit that will operate in total disregard of the country’s laws. Are they planning to make Regional and County Commissioners’ offices Jubilee branch offices and Nairobi State House the party’s national Headquarters?
